(Tapestry, Battle of Normandy Museum, English Cemetery,...), 15 km from Caen (Memorial, Castle,...) and 15 km from the landing beaches (from Arromanches les bains, German batteries of Longues sur mer, Omaha Beach and Utah Beach, Colleville sur mer,) Appreciate the tranquility of its surrounding countryside. Le Clos du Marronnier is a small typical Bessin farmhouse, located at the entrance to the village of Coulombs. We work there with our horses (equestrian education and equicoaching) and do permaculture. On the first floor of one of the houses is an independent, newly renovated studio. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to preserve an engraved lintel from the dawn of the landings) and a miller's staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area.

Listing matches listing photos. Very well located between Bayeux and Caen, it makes it easy to visit the 2 cities and the surrounding area. Béatrice's place is very nice for a few nights. Small touches are present in the accommodation (towels, shower gel/ shampoo, caramels,...) to make the stay even more enjoyable.
