We invite you in our lovely suite in the south of France. Used before by our children we now would like to share it with new guests. You will have your own access to the house and can independently enjoy the garden, terrasse and our little pond during your stay. A shared Kitchen/fridge and private bathroom and will be available. 2 min (car) and 20 min (afoot) away from the city center/train station, the location is perfect for day trips in the Perigord or in Bordeaux's vineyard.

Located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the oldest building, its large mezzanine bedroom under a vault is ideal for a couple. In the living room an extra bed for 1 person can be added. Shower room and separate toilet but requiring passage through the bedroom. In the common inner courtyard you can settle down to read or have lunch (outdoor furniture).

On Sète, in the heart of the Corniche district, close to shops and 400 meters from the beach, apartment type 2 (outbuilding on the ground floor of our villa) of about 40m2 fully equipped with the major asset of our property: a large terrace without opposite with small private pool of 10 m2, jacuzzi and barbecue at your disposal. Parking in front of the house is free and the property has a private entrance. Quietness and privacy for your holidays.

Spacious, bright, very pleasant! Ideal for a single person, a couple and even a couple with a child. All amenities within a 500-meter walk of the accommodation. (restaurants, cinema, convenience store...) To be specified in the same room a king size bed separable into 2 beds of 90 cm as well as a sofa bed with excellent bedding. This room of about 25 square meters serves as a living room and overnight stay. Parking in private parking lot.
