Had a beautiful time at Anne’s place. Enjoyed the beaches near by and the home was very beautiful along with the view. Should’ve kept in mind that yes the beach is 10-15 minutes walking, however you will be walking down a very steep mountain and to go back up was also very steep. Besides that the stay was very pleasant.

The place is very nice. Very considerate to have ponchos and umbrellas, which came in handy. My only issue was the host and co-host both read a message from me asking a question. Neither of them responded, ever. I’m not sure if it was an oversight or intentional.

Great place to stay in the heart of Jaco. Beautiful view of both the beach and mountains. Perfect size for 2 people. Thanks Jean for the great stay!

Jose was such a wonderful and responsive host. It truly felt as if you were part of the family! The apt is stunning with an unbeatable view and steps from the most stunning beach. Kitchen is well equipped-it was nice to be able to cook fresh local ingredients . Fresh fruit and coffee was provided and absolutely delicious. Absolutely love this place and hope to come back soon! It is a long drive into the Leona compound to get to the apt but worth it for the beach access and to get the deep jungle immersion vibe. Definitely rent a 4x4 vehicle as it will give you confidence in driving not just in the resort but in surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the beautiful ocean view—waking up to it each morning was such a treat. The spacious living room gave us plenty of room to relax, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the tools and appliances we needed for cooking. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up. The AC worked great, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway! Erik was super helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner.

Our stay here was amazing! Chris and Hollie were extremely responsive throughout our entire stay and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend a 4x4 if available for the drive and enjoyed the scenic views along the trip up the mountain. The house is perfectly designed with modern features and everything you need to ensure you feel right at home. The back porch was incredible for morning coffee and enjoying the views of the beach and jungle, while listening and seeing the wildlife surrounding us. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and enjoyed opening up the doors at night to let the cool ocean breeze pass through. What makes this place extra special is Chris and Hollie. We enjoyed getting to know more about them, the property, their vision for future projects, and you can see their genuine joy for hosting guests. They were readily available when asking questions and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a great trip!

I found it incredible, the beautiful house, super complete in every way ,equipped with everything you need , the super easy access and what I liked most was the service and kindness of Ada , from day 1 of the reservation. A place where I plan to come back in the future.

location, location, location! everything was just in reach - coffee moon, fresh pastries, breakfast and lunch. The beach was a 10 minute trek away. Will definitely visit again

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Such an amazing stay all around. The place is absolutely stunning and the most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The host are so helpful and absolutely amazing. We went for my fiancés birthday and they helped decorate to surprise him! They also got us groceries before we arrived since we got in late. The location is an easy drive to everything around. The house is exactly as described, beautiful, clean, private, and fully equipped. They even had a book with recommendations for everything you could imagine. 1000/10 stay. 100% recommend!!! Also the AC works amazing :)

I have stayed at Cassie’s place multiple times and there is a reason I keep coming back for extended stays. The house is amazing, the location is outstanding and the amenities are incredible. Her kitchen is super well outfitted with anything you could need and they poolside grill is perfect. I really couldn’t recommend this place or this host more highly.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Bonita and her team was amazing from pick up to drop-off. We had a power outage due to a storm and Bonita had someone on it right away. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for two weeks, and had a great stay at this place! Very clean and comfortable. It's close to the pool and beach. There's a private beach access by the pool. Everything we needed was in the condo. There is security at the entances. Orlando was very responsive. He even had the condo cleaned for us halfway through our stay. We will stay here again when visiting Costa Rica.

Communication with Yuliana was extraordinary. My best host so far. Thank you for being there for us.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve stayed at Bernarda and Jose’s condo three times now and it is always a wonderful experience. The condo itself, the view of Playa Blanca, the infinity pool, and the hosts are all amazing. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at the apartment, which was exactly as described. The building is brand new and the unit has good wi-fi, cold (and necessary) A/C and fans, new appliances, comfortable beds, and decent soundproofing. The unit directly faces the ocean so most of the Jaco nightlife noise is avoided other than from the beach below. The building appears to be almost exclusively vacation rentals, so has a feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb - not a bad thing, just an observation. It's a quick short block walk to the main Jaco street with restaurants and shopping. The beach view is incredible from the unit and also the rooftop, though you almost don't need to go up there since you're on the 11th floor anyway (elevators were busy but reliable). Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness especially when the building unexpectedly lost water for several hours (not a common occurrence). Pool was also awesome and never to busy even on a holiday.
