Apartment holiday rentals in Los Olivos

As soon as I got there, I was made to feel at home. I felt safe. There was never a time when the hosting party did not answer any questions or messages. I will definitely be going again. They made my whole Peruvian experience amazing..

Its a very good accommodation in a neighborhood that is close to the historic district. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had some water issues that were beyond Luzy’s control and a one off situation but she was extremely helpful to work towards resolving it. The neighborhood is busy with a lot of foot traffic. There was some civil work ongoing in the building that would have been good to know about (a little noisy) but not a major hindrance for us.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. The area felt safe and lively, perfect for both relaxing and sightseeing. The space was comfortable and clean, and the host was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lima!

had a fantastic stay at Olga's place! The location couldn’t be better; close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Olga was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and communication super easy. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

El departamento era lo que buscábamos, un lugar cerca al aeropuerto, limpio, y seguro. Tiene las comodidades básicas, sábanas limpias, una cama cómoda y el lugar tranquilo para descansar. Y si bien el barrio no parece ser muy seguro, al ser un condominio eso generaba seguridad. Es el lugar ideal para cuando estás de paso.

El departamento de Rósela es un lugar precioso y tranquilo, ideal para grupos numerosos y con planes familiares. Definitivamente lo volvería a tomar.

Edwin’s place was a nice apartment in Los Olivos, and within a reasonable driving distance to the LDS temple in Los Olivos which was our reason for staying in Los Olivos. We found it was easy to find, and there are some great shopping opportunities at the nearby mall. According to my wife’s family, the neighborhood is a little dangerous but this condo complex is secure with attentive security, who were very helpful and friendly. German helped us with check in and getting keys, and we enjoyed using the kitchen and were comfortable in the apartment. Highly recommend for people who want to stay in this area. Oh and there’s also plenty of Ubers in the area to get you to where you want to go.

Excelente experiencia! El sitio es muy bonito y fácil de encontrar. El chico fue muy amable y atento, dejó las instrucciones claras y nos ayudó con todo. Además, nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas antes del check-in, lo cual fue muy útil. ¡5 estrellas! Muy recomendable.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk personnel are very friendly and welcoming. Claudia and Alonso's place was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, spacious and even more beautiful in-person. We could look out the large windows at the best views! The coast line is right outside the doors with lots of parks, cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. We will return to Peru and stay with Claudia and Alonso again!

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

El departamento de Sonia era realmente hermoso: nos recibieron de manera muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Sonia siempre respondió de forma rápida y cordial, y se preocupó en todo momento por saber si todo estaba bien. El distrito es seguro, hay muchos cafés y restaurantes, e incluso se puede ver el mar desde el departamento. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement. La literie est très confortable, l’appartement est équipé de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Les hôtes sont très réactifs avant pendant et après notre séjour un vrai plaisir ! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil C’est un 10/10

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! I would 100% book it again. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s walkable to Larcomar, restaurants/cafes, and parks. The place is exactly as described but somehow even better in real life! I appreciate how responsive Megan and Alfonso as well.

We had a wonderful stay in Miraflores at Pedro Jose’s home! It was two blocks from the beautiful ocean walking path and very walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment itself had a very comfortable bed and was very spacious for the two of us. Pedro Jose allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment well past check-out due to our late flight, which was beyond kind and accommodating! We would highly recommend this unique apartment and would definitely stay again!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, a good size for single or couple, very tidy and nice ambience, nice place to hang out. The hosts were so lovely, they checked in with me to make sure I was ok, gave me lots of tips about the local area etc. The location is also great, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

por não ter MTA coisa perto achei pouco alto o valor e sem falar que era quase dia e noite uma pessoa atendendo cliente como tivesse de um lado de motel fiz várias reclamações mas nada foi resolvido.

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Well situated with restaurants and small supermarkets on same street. Barranco is an amazing part of Lima and Jimena’s apartment is a very comfortable base. Bed is comfortable after a long day of exploring. Easy keyless access. Definitely recommend

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Apartamento ótimo e comunicação rápida e eficaz. Voltaríamos, com certeza! O único ponto que eu colocaria como melhoria, seria o sinal da internet que é um pouco ruim e não pega no banheiro. Porém, isso não afeta em nada toda a ótima estadia.

Great option for a few days working remotely in Lima. Strong wifi for video calls, nice rooftop and on 21st floor, so nice view and felt safe. Limited ventilation and a little musty. so I kept the windows and doors open for majority of the time. Would recommend to stay!
