We had a pleasant stay, the house is very nice, everything is very clean and has what you need, the area is very quiet and Alberto is very attentive, always on the lookout for everything, very good communication. Definitely an excellent choice, we will definitely return!!

Villa de Natalia is amazing, the area is super safe, it's the ideal villa to spend time with the family. Mrs. Edith, who helped us with meals during our stay, makes everything easier when you travel in a group. Everything delicious, super service.

My family and I loved the accommodation, as it had all the amenities to stay, the pool is super cool and a good size. Paulina was very kind and accessible. It will undoubtedly be our first choice for an upcoming trip.

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

Bertha was an excellent host, always ready to answer any questions or recommend some activities. The place is very nice and quiet with plenty of space to enjoy.

Very comfortable to be in that place and it has an incredible view of the sea, also close to the beach.

everything is very good, an excellent stay

This house was perfect for our family vacation! I love how this house has check in after 11 a.m. and check out after 1 p.m. - which is very rare but allows for more time to enjoy the stay. We were 11 adults and the bedrooms were a great size with comfortable, clean beds, cool A/C and the amount of bathrooms was plenty. The four staff were friendly and attentive. It was great being greeted with agua de Jamaica when we arrived and offered a tour of the house. We enjoyed the delicious meals from the cook, not having to clean or go grocery shopping! It was nice to have someone always there for any questions or things we might need. The pool and view were beautiful! We enjoyed the billiard table and big dining room table for family meals. The house is in a great and very safe location. We were close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Just be careful if eating ceviche because it was delicious and fresh but half of us got food poisoning. I definitely recommend this place!

it is the second time staying in the Lourdes accommodation and there is no doubt that I would come back for a third time, the swimming pool very large for swimming and spending time as a family, the amenities of the house like billiards and soccer make you not want to leave the house, perfect for making a roast meat or going out to eat at the many restaurants that are close to the accommodation. Ideal for large families with large and en-suite rooms, all with air conditioning and places like the spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. Definitely one of the best houses in Acapulco

The house, the rooms, the amenities, the sea, the food and the service was simply all in degree of absolute excellence. Everything was at a level we didn't even imagine. Our return is final!

Visit Chris's stay with my boyfriend, friends, and dog. We were super comfortable, the beach is alone, there are palapas where you can be admiring the sea, Chris has ice cream and beds to make this more comfortable. The roof has a very nice view. Chris was always super attentive, he was always attentive to the chat, he made us incredible food recommendations, the little restaurant was our favorite, the lord of the super friendly place, he took the food to the house and was delicious and inexpensive. I would 100% recommend the stay here. Thank you very much Chris, we'll be back soon.

Excellent stay! Everything from the beginning was perfect. The communication and attention of Rodrigo and Mrs. Sara was always kind and attentive and they were always aware of what we needed. Rodrigo was always very open to our requests and was very accessible above all. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to have fun and enjoy it. Everything is just as it is in the photos. It's well worth it. As an extra point, Sara's excellent food preparation service, delicious cooking.
