Very nice apartment in a luxury residence and very well maintained and quiet. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the hot tub I didn't use because of the water quality

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Maria is just an absolute angel! I had not expected such a warm and light-hearted welcome, communication during my stay and goodbye afterwards at first hand, as I had just assumed to self check-in and check-out beforehand when booking. Besides all the amicable, for a solo stay the accomodation was super comfortable, spotless and felt like a second home to me! It being a private gated/locked terrain with security cameras (pointed away from the space you're staying and none inside of the room) gave a great sense of safety as well. Walking in was instantly being welcomed with some fruit and water present, access to all modern and new amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV (including guest Netflix acces!), kitchen area, home gym, rainfall shower head, etcetera! All in all, the place was more luxurious and spacious than I'd expected. I would stay there again without any doubt and choose it over any overpriced ran down hotel in a heartbeat. We loved our 9-day stay here! We knew the area already from a trip last year where we stayed somewhere else. It was a great place for us, had everything we needed, and was excellently located for the beaches, restaurants and the bus stop from the airport is very close by. There’s a handy 24 hour market almost on the doorstep and a large Mercadona a few minutes away. The view from the large terrace was outstanding, big the sea, La Gomera and Teide. We really enjoyed our time, very relaxing! Communication was great before we arrived, we had no questions during our stay, everything went so smoothly. Thanks!

Alejandro was a fantastic host - he was helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had a late flight going in and Alejandro was accommodating with meeting us late. At the end of the trip Alejandro accommodated our late check out so we could use facilities. A fantastic host always on hand to help! The duplex and its facilities were clean.

We loved staying at Daniela’s place! It was so easy to find from the airport and she was so accommodating to our last minute flight delays! She also gave us great recommendations on where to visit during our stay!

What can I say apart from "just magnificent" the ideal location to visit Very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. the 2 super nice terraces the icing on the cake, the jacuzzi. thank you to Maria for her welcome. the bottle of cava offered. the flexibility of the departure. i recommend it 100%

Excellent week spent at Lucia's home. The apartment is in perfect condition, there is really everything a family with children can need (children's dishes, umbrella, beach games...). It's very quiet. It feels like home and the kids too. The bedding is very good, we slept very well. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The gated parking is very convenient. Lucia is welcoming and considerate. You can go there without a second thought.

It was a nice stay at Yves. The apartment was also well suited for our 1.5 year old son. With the car you were everywhere in no time and you can discover the island well. All communication went well and we look back very positively on our time in the apartment.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Simona apartment: very well equipped for a short or longer stay, spacious, centrally located. The air conditioning in the bedroom cools down the whole apartment. From the large comfortable terrace we enjoyed the mountains view. The apartment floor tiling and the terrace tiling is flat so walking from the inside to the outside is smooth. The large shower is entirely closed. Great large and very well maintained swimming pool. It takes 5 minutes to reach the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Simona is a friendly and super host: she has always been there for any query we had including before arrival. Though we never met the host, she was very quick to respond and keen on solving potential problems. Flexible check-in and check-out: Thank you Simona!

Perfect location, both for walking in Los Cristianos and Las America. Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. I mainly moved on foot, and I used the bus to and from the airport. Everything is perfect. Terrace that can be used at any time of the day, apartment equipped with all comforts. I felt at home.

Very nice place, recommended!

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

first of all the host is very friendly, which is very important for us considering other experiences. the apartment was very clean and the host took care of details as home perfumes, extra bed linen, everything you need as your home. the terrace it s also nice relaxing. the neighbourhood is like a fairy tale and super quiet. nice beach restaurant&bar just 5 minutes walking from the location. and 2 minutes away, supermarket. we had a very nice stay, happy that we chose Marina’s apartment. thank you

Super place to stay with very special views from the private balcony. Beds a bit hard but everything else was perfect. Will book again!

Good communication with Tomás at all times. The house is perfect for spending a few days with friends The only thing to note is that it is necessary to have a car to get there, but getting around in taxis can be costly. I would repeat and recommend staying

We had a very pleasant stay in Los Gigantes. Check was very easy and the view is absolutely incredible.

Beautiful villa with everything you might need when on holidays. We had a great time and loved the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Host is very responsive and helpful. Every request was immediately addressed. Thanks for a super lovely stay!

Great villa with everything we needed

We’ve just returned from this villa, we’re a group of 7 friends but only 6 stayed in the villa. We found it very spacious and clean throughout and the balcony areas are perfect for the different wants (some played cards on the table and others had a drink at a separate couch area, also the sun beds on the balcony were good for the sunbathing for those of us who didn’t want to go to the pool area. Everything we needed was in there and the supermarket is on the doorstep for anything we needed/wanted. The local town with bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk and cheap taxis to further afield. The bar/restaurant round the pool area was also excellent and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We asked if there was a possibility of a later check out due to an evening flight and this wasn’t a problem, put it back to 4pm. Very good experience and would consider booking again if we return to Tenerife.

Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx

Exceptionally good location with luxurious facilities. The landlord was also exceptionally nice and problems were sorted out. Had a great holiday.
