Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is at the top of the house with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

I want you to feel at home, the apartment is in the neighborhood of Los Boliches, 150 meters from the beach and close to downtown , with all kinds of services around you; bars, restaurants, bakeries , supermarkets, bus , elevator, air conditioning. It is very bright with a kitchen open to the living room,with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has a beautiful terrace ready to relax . Studio apartment: 25m2 + 6m2 terrace, close to everything: 85 meters to Paseo maritimo, 100meters to beach, 120 meters to Marina and 200meters to nightlife, but the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. In the days when you feel tired for exploring all the restaurants and new things, you can stay indoors and enjoy the cozy, homely feeling of the studio, do some cooking or watch your home television channels or your Netflix subscription, because we have Chromecast TV.

Great apartment of 60 m2 of new construction located in the central Calle España, in the best area of Fuengirola, just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade, surrounded by all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, recreational, parks, etc. The apartment is fully equipped with everything our guests need. And it has: air conditioning, wifi, utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc. Check-in will be after 15.00 and check out around 10.00 in the morning.
