Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a dirt road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Casa Alta Vista is a 3 bedroom home w/ private pool & incredible ocean views from every window & terrace. Set up on a hill overlooking the ocean, you can lounge by the pool, whale watch from the deck, or enjoy the palapa covered back patio. The property is completely enclosed with a wall & gated driveway. About a ten minute walk down the hill to the beach below (rocky, but great for snorkeling). May not be suitable for young children as there are low railings and ledges. 10 min drive to town

Casa Fenix is clean & fresh, security walled and fenced across the front, lots of parking, very safe area and a five minute walk to the beach. Pool, fireplace and outdoor kitchen for a very comfortable stay. We are a one bedroom with the option of having a second casita . The casita has a king bed and full bathroom with a kitchenette. Casa Fenix also has a separate casita with king bed available to guests at an additional nights rate . Perfect if you have another couple or adult children

We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Ocean view casita (little house) Downtown Los Barriles!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Los Barriles! This unit is in a great location close to all the restaurants and shops, and 3 blocks from the sea of Cortez. It’s just slightly uphill so you can get a really nice wire over town and out to the ocean. Big shaded deck with a grill and lounge chairs and dining table. Fully functional kitchen large smart tv with WiFi so you get next flicks etc.
