Holiday rentals in Lornano

Alloggio davvero tra i migliori, se non il migliore nei quali abbiamo alloggiato tramite airbnb. Per quanto riguarda il check in è stato facilissimo, con anche l'aiuto di foto e video nel quale si illustra la modalità di accesso alla struttura. La zona era molto tranquilla, con facilità di parcheggio proprio sulla strada della casa. Non appena effettuato l'accesso siamo stati accolti sia da un profumo buonissimo, sinonimo di pulizia della casa, sia da una bottiglia di vino e pasticcini (il check non è da tutti gli host accogliere così tanto bene i propri ospiti). La casa è ben fornita tra utensili da cucina e condimenti vari. L'unico peccato è che si trova in un seminterrato, però nonostante questo ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo!

I can say enough about his beautiful Airbnb. My husband and I stayed for four nights, and Alistair and Maria were the most gracious hosts. From start to finish we felt welcomed and cared for, and the cottage itself - not to mention the grounds - was simply gorgeous. Nestled in the little town of Macciano, the cottage has great proximity to so many beautiful towns, attractions, and restaurants. We took multiple little day trips and were able to cover a lot of ground, and still be home in time for a dip in the pool and a glass of Prosecco with our charming hosts. Maria even offered to cook with me one night, and I had the opportunity to learn about the local fare, all lovingly made from scratch by Maria. This is a very, very special place filled with beauty and tranquility. We can't wait to go back!!

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Beautiful place - great pool and extremely friendly host! It’s a bit of of drive of a dirt road (like 8min) to get to - but once getting there. Amazing!

We had a brilliant stay at the beautiful Fattoria Lornano. Our apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. We had an outdoor terrace area where we could have an aperitivo in the evening which was really nice. The grounds of the vineyard are stunning with incredible views over the Tuscan hills and we spent most of our time by the the huge pool. We loved tasting all of the wine and touring the Cellars to learn about the history of the winery and also opted to add on a cooking class to our stay which was great fun and taught us how to make our own pasta and tiramisu. Overall this is a really great place for a Tuscan escape and we would love to come back.

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, aber sonst gut machbar wenn man langsam fährt. Dafür ist es aber auch total ruhig dort. Das Häuschen ist niedlich eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und Alessandro hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind ausgesprochen bequem. Etwas störend ist die fiepende Gastherme und die Tatsache, dass die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ziemlich geschwankt hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch reparieren. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

Lovely place to stay! Conveniently located near Siena. As other reviews have stated, the road leading up to the property is very rocky and bumpy but no issues if in a sensible car. We were greeted at arrival, very welcoming and any issues were quickly responded to and resolved. Highly recommend staying here!
