Holiday rentals with a pool in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Michaels house was a total dream. Super functional. Had every perfect element. Couldn’t ask for a better villa in St Barts or experience Every detail was perfect: * Five star hotel woodwork * Plunge pool deep and wonderful with just a stunning presence the whole time here - like a stunning getaway high-end resort * Perfect sand-rinsing options * Beds were very comfortable * Incredibly large bathrooms: all the women in my group were super happy * Perfect sized closets * Grill setup was perfect and same with kitchen amenities * Seating and setup off the charts! * WiFi is great because he uses Starlink (part of spacex) - first time I’ve ever used it and it’s perfect and never any downtime * Great views were ideal: Sun all day and incredible stars at night * Extra plus was the separate house for work and hanging out with tv and a couch * Beautiful property lighting - especially at night makes the place really glow! * Stunning vegetation and palm trees to enjoy in your view ever

Gorgeous and serene! My family and I had such a relaxing stay here and would definitely come again. The property matches the description and is a few blocks from the beautiful beach club at Rosewood.

This place was pure paradise. Waking up to that view was unbeatable. The location is perfect, easy access to everything. We can’t wait to come back.

First of all, I have to say I love this place. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The only things you need to be prepared is mosquito. We got a lot of mosquito bites. Make sure to rent a car upon your arrival. Specially if you arrived late in the afternoon. Not many taxi drivers want to go to the location due to unclear address. We definitely will stay here again. Jean, the house owner is very nice and helpful. He was on the phone with the taxi drive to guide him drive to the property and the next day Jean helped us to called the taxi to come and pick us up at the house to bring us back to the airport to rent a car.

Host was very responsive and proactive. Home was stocked with all the necessities. View was amazing

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

We had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Marie’s place was a great place to stay. The view of the beaches was beautiful. The sound of the waves was great to wake up to. It was close to shopping and other activities on the French side of the island I would stay again.

Camille's accommodation matches the photos exactly, very flexible host with a very warm welcome. We loved this studio with a beautiful view, and our only regret is not renting this apartment sooner. Book with your eyes closed if you want to stay on the island while feeling at home.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. My girlfriend and I were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and well-stocked the place was from water, soda, and sunscreen to even phone chargers. The view of Saint Martin from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more memorable. We’ve had good hosts before, but Georgi was by far the most helpful and genuinely caring we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed throughout our stay. My sister and I had a absolutely wonderful stay at Jayne's place. Jayne's place is a duplex with lots of space to accommodate 6 people comfortably. It's a 5 minutes walk to one of the top beaches in Saint Martin. Mullet Beach has everything you need to spend a whole day enjoying the sun/beach. The duplex is located by foot: Beach 5 minutes, Market 3 minutes, 3 restaurants (Thai, Italian, American) next to Starz Casino. Jayne's duplex has a full kitchen with a wonderful chef stove (6 gas burner), living room area with big TV and a super big and comfy sectional, nice dining area. The balcony provides a comfy table & chairs to enjoy the BBQ grill. The pool is a plus coming back from the beach you could just chill/cool before going back to apartment. He also provided chairs, floats and tubes for the beach. Neighborhood is residential, quite and secure. Jayne thank you for everything and Yes, we will be back....

This place is better than the pictures and the parking space included is key if you rent a car. Close to everything and I would return

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!
