Had a lovely stay, the apartment is located in front of the beach and the coastal path which is very nice to walk around and close to several sights. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and spacious and the receptionists were very friendly.

Catherine and her husband's Sea View Studio was spotless! Everything was done to be comfortable at home , well arranged for a couple and 2 children . The beach right across there was nothing to cross! The beautiful view! And what about Catherine and her husband , super accommodating , welcoming and generous! The accommodation was as described, well located in Pont-Aven. We were well received and guided upon arrival by the receptionist.

The bedding is impeccable; which contributes to a relaxing holiday! Surprising because in a ZA, but very quiet and easy to access and at the crossroads of La Trinité, Carnac, Auray and bike paths just behind the house. Very well located house, in the countryside and close to everything at the same time. Great, functional stay. Beautiful living space, at night. Leisure facilities, relaxation that we enjoyed. Great availability from Karl, listening to our every problem. Accompanied by 7 of our grandchildren, who have enjoyed all the space as well, we recommend Karl's villa.

Camille's hospitality and responsiveness were impeccable, allowing us to have a very good family stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, although we did not understand that some rooms were in a row, which was for us the small flaw of this house. We had a great time, the game room as well as the gym and jacuzzi add charm to this house, as well as the terrace furnished to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Very nice house, well located close to the beautiful Ria d'Etel. Plan for an additional cost for energy expenses (€120 for 3 days) when renting the house with pool. Perhaps a drop in the temperature in the pool room should be studied, especially when it is not in use (night, etc.) Thank you for these 3 days of discovery of this sector of Morbihan.
