Very nice and modern design house with large windows and views of the countryside (and two cute donkeys) from the living room and the large terrace. Everything is bright, friendly, chic and functionally furnished. Everything you need. It makes you feel right at home. Ideal starting point to explore the Ardennes.

Albert was a wonderful host, with a beautiful home to stay in. He was very respectful, polite and responsive. Truly a wonderful experience staying in this place!

A wonderfully quiet place, where there is plenty of space for you and who you are there. Extremely nice host, tells a lot about the house and if you want to do about the area also what to do. Together with my husband we spent 2 nights here. Definitely a place to remember.

Beautifully decorated house with amazing views of the castle from the windows. It was extremely comfortable and well equipped and we felt completely at home. Hanna and Sven were very friendly and welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. There are two great restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away, and the old town is beautiful.

Sabrina’s place is very nice, super clean, spacious, well equipped. There are walks you can do straight from the house which we appreciated and enjoyed. Sabrina was very friendly, gave us many recommendations and she was very fast in responding.

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

Very nice cottage a few kilometers from the plateau des Hautes Fagnes, with garden and private path. Two large tables for dining in the garden, comfortable interior, with beautiful views to the valley. Only small downside: linens and bath towels are not included and it is not mentioned on the listing page. We'd love to come back!

Hello Hilde and Manfred, It was nice to have met you and to have stayed with you. Everything worked out great. Your apartment was very nice and I was able to work very well (was necessary) with a great view of the garden. That was very relaxing :) There is a great Italian restaurant and an ice cream shop within walking distance, and on the day of departure we were in the nearby bakery for breakfast. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here in this unique old house. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere in Monschau during our stay, and left the car parked in the private garage provided. The house is also fully equipped with everything you need. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Monschau.

We had a lovely stay at Katrin's. A lot of information about the beautiful surroundings and very nice that we were allowed to place the road bikes in the garage. Definitely worth the effort!

The apartment is as in the pictures and in the description. Very well-equipped kitchen with a small dishwasher. The terrace and the garden with its many small corners for sitting and lying are fantastic. You can easily get to Aachen or Monschau by bus. Directly opposite the apartment is a delicious Austrian. The communication with Petra was very good and fast. We can only recommend the apartment and the beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable during the week. We'd love to come back

Great accomodation! It is really big and clean. Nice view from the balcony and our son loved the playground in the garden. Inge and Dieter were really good hosts, very friendly. There are many things to do around Jünkerath (zoo in Daun and castle/zoo Kasselburg, walks, nice villages).

A nice apartment in a new quiet neighborhood! it's exactly like the pictures. you really feel like a guest, everything is thought of, don't worry that you forget something because it is present in the apartment, also nice bathrobes! The biggest plus is the jacuzzi and the outdoor space that is very private and quiet, for cold evenings there is a patio heater. we definitely recommend booking this apartment

We had a wonderful long weekend at Melanie and Hermann's place. I feel like I was visiting my grandpa's house: old building, antiek furniture inside, big carpets on the floor, beautiful dinnerware... Hermann is creator and current director of the Erlebnis museum in Monschau, as a former hunter he has so many stories! It was a unique opportunity for us to touch the wild life so close as we never had it before. They also provides incredible BBQ place with all necessary amenities: just bring the meat with you. This place is a gem in the regio, if you're looking to hit pause on the hustle and bustle of city life and take a breath.

Our host Jaak was super friendly, was always available and even brought us a wheelbarrow so we could get all our stuff from the car to the accommodation faster:) Simply pleasant and relaxed. That's how it should be! :)

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

This cottage is highly recommended if you want to enjoy peace and quiet and whistling birds around you just outside the bustling city. It has everything you'll need!We enjoyed it!

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, scenic, and just a great place to relax. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay really comfortable. There are just a few small downsides worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi could be faster, there was no laundry detergent provided, and the kitchen knives could use some sharpening. Other than that, everything was great. We seriously enjoyed our time here and are definitely considering coming back again!

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.

We stayed in Krista's cottage with our two girls (4 and 6 yrs) and had a very pleasant stay! The cottage is located among the trees, you overlook greenery everywhere, very soothing. The cottage is nicely decorated and has a lot of character, with a record player, djembé, many books and comics available. Krista is very friendly and made sure that everything was in order, plenty of towels, blankets, materials for cooking etc. Nearby in the holiday park is a swimming pond, ideal for letting the children squabble in a bit:-) Recommended!
