The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to everything: the train station, city centre, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. In the mornings, I could hear birds chirping softly through the window, and in the afternoons, the gentle sound of church bells carried through the air. These small touches added a sense of charm and authenticity that made my stay in Dijon feel truly special. Simon was also kind and quick to respond to any inquiries, which made everything even smoother. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Location, location, location! You are steps away from the ducal palace and the beaux arts museum inside, which is why I came to Dijon. You are also steps from the Dijon tourism office, which is a great resource. The only slight downside is that you can’t sleep with the windows open because of the pedestrian traffic outside. But, again, stay here for the location. If you close the windows at night, you won’t hear a thing. Great place!

It is a spacious, well-maintained and carefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with an excellent bed and a wonderful rain shower. The apartment is located in a very quiet street, directly on a large park and 5 min bike ride from the center of Dijon. Communication with the host is great, Virginie always responds very quickly. To receive the access code for the key locker, you must register on a separate app 'Passpass', outside of AirBnB. This is a very reliable and ICT-secure environment, where you can also read information about the apartment, arrival, parking, stay and departure. But I also found the registration process to be cumbersome and a bit unnecessary: you have to fill in all the name and address details (which are already known to AirBnB) again and everything is in French and the information on the app is also on the Airbnb website. More the price-quality ratio of this apartment is very good.

Absolutely outstanding apartment in Dijon! The property was immaculate, near numerous wonderful restaurants, right on the edge of town, yet very quiet. Our hosts were superb. Went well above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was in order. Could not give them a higher recommendation!

Nice and well located apartment, with a bus stop at the end of the street and small shops within walking distance, which is very convenient. Overall, the stay went smoothly. Some points to improve: a little outside noise during the night, but it remains bearable, and the shower could be a little better maintained. Overall, a good place to stay for a short stay.

I traveled alone and the apartment was quite suitable for my stay. I was close to Dijon city center, ideal for restaurants and shopping. Access was easy and the instructions very clear. I recommend it of course.

We didn’t know which train we would be able to catch from Paris, and our host was exceptionally proactive and flexible about check-in. Once we arrived we were impressed with how new everything was, it was obviously a recent remodel. The location is perfect - just a few steps away from Les Halles and the Owl Trail through the old city. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples with plenty of space to relax on a comfy couch. The shower is incredible. One caveat is there are 2 flights of stairs to climb, so may not be apropos for someone with a lot of heavy luggage. Our only minor nitpick was the cutlery was a bit sparse, but we managed just fine. Bottom line: we would return in a heartbeat!!

I really appreciated Mariel's welcome and availability to communicate at the time of my reservation and afterwards. In addition to the location that was perfect for me, the atypical side, and the original decoration, neat in many details made me feel good there. From a practical point of view, it's very easy to park right next to the door for a few [long] minutes. I enjoyed having only a few steps to drop off my luggage (we can then park very easily on the street). I know the neighborhood well because I lived there. This stay made it easier for me to get through the different stages of a move. I had a quiet haven where I could regain strength.

Neat, compact apartment, in an interesting building - right in the centre of Dijon. It was perfect for myself, my partner and our two young boys as we broke up our journey towards the Alps. The central location is handy for local restaurants and tourist attractions (Parking a 5 min walk away). The boys loved the Owl trail in the city centre.

Everything was very beautiful and in line with the listing and description. I just regret that the shutters were closed when I arrived because the accommodation was very dark and I had a hard time finding all the switches to discover the apartment. We didn't have time to use all the equipment but maybe we'll come back to enjoy it fully.
