Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting the center of Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this accommodation and for the city!

We enjoyed a relaxing week here. A quiet rural location surrounded by vineyards but only just beyond the edge of town so a quick drive (or a long walk) gets you into the centre. The flat on the ground floor was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of places to visit as well as the famous chateaux. I particularly recommend the visit to Ackerman winery, not just for the famous sparkling wine but for a stunning art installation in the cave created with fluorescent thread and ultra violet light. Very nice cottage in a nice little village. Very quiet. The rental is perfect, identical to the photos. Very clean and convenient. Everything you need. Great kitchen. Very nice rooms, very comfortable bedding. Very nice small living room. A terrace that must be very pleasant when the weather is nice to eat, unfortunately we had water...... Bathrooms at the top, just to say something, it would be necessary in the showers to put a small shelf for the products. If we go back there, we know where we went. And a large garage, I forgot, super convenient. Thank you to the hosts for making us a beautiful cottage.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
