Holiday rentals in Longreach Regional

Raeleen and Peter were exceptional hosts who made us feel welcome right from the start. We loved the authenticity of the cabin and the unique atmosphere—it was a real privilege to experience a glimpse of their lifestyle and station. At night, the sky came alive with a breathtaking display of stars, made even more special by the peaceful stillness that surrounded us.

Roses on Bluebird is definetely one of the best homes in the area, and was well worth the money! We were visiting family, and the house was in walking distance. Incredible home, was so much better than we could have asked for. Definetely will stay again but for longer!

This was such a beautiful location remote and peaceful. I took some sunrise photos one morning and they were incredible with the lake there. Worth traveling from Longreach for this farm stay.

Tanya and David were excellent hosts. They picked us up at the station even though we were very delayed and supplied us with breakfast for the morning. They were very helpful when asked but also respectful of our privacy. The location is amazing with lots of privacy and abundant wildlife. Highly recommend.

These revamped quarters were squeaky clean, very well set out and extremely comfortable. After many nights in motels it was bliss being able to just walk in, do a load of washing and settle in for a movie and a cuppa after a long day on the road. It was a quiet location and all the additional features of this place are handy and well thought out. Five stars.

Spacious, light & airy house with covered outdoor sitting area. Very well equipped for self caterer. Responsive host. Can stay here and get around town centre without a car : - 5 mins walk to well stocked Foodworks - 10 mins walk to central Eagle St w.shops, cafes & pubs - 15 mins walk to train station - departure point for highly recommended tourist train trips Need to BYO hair dryer & shower/bath soap

We travelled as a group of four to Longreach and stayed in Carolyn's house for 5 nights. It was fabulous! Carolyn made us feel very much at home with everything that we could need. The house was extremely clean and tidy with lots of thoughtful touches. I would have no hesitation in recommending Longreach and Carolyn's lovely home for a great holiday.

Dan and his family offer wonderful, warm and welcoming country hospitality! Check-in was a breeze. On arrival we found a big fresh loaf of delicious white bread from the famous Merino Bakery, a big bottle of fresh milk and drinking water in the fridge next to some much appreciated slices of fresh and juicy watermelon. What a treat in the heat! The house is so much bigger than anticipated. Even lushes green grass outside. It is fully fenced and we watched herds of kangaroos hop by outside. The swimming pool is huge and extremely clean with artesian water and a shade sail. Dan was a fantastic host who went through every length to make our stay pleasurable. We are looking forward to return to this serene yet short drive away from Longreach Center abode. Thank you Dan and family!

Short walk to town with excellent Italian and Indian restaurants and other shops. Easy to contact Host. Nice little cottage
