Very large apartment, very functional, the decoration is extraordinary, everything is thought out in the smallest details, you feel very good there. Ideally located for beautiful walks by the sea and close to restaurants and shops, this accommodation is a real gem, we will come back to spend a real vacation and not a weekend. We also really enjoyed the parking space nearby, which is rare in Les Sables d'Olonne. Nelly is very responsive and incredibly kind.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

We had a pleasant stay with my husband in this studio. The view of the sea from the ones we get back is superb. It has all the amenities you need. great stay with the impression of being on the water at high tide. The view is breathtaking, the apartment is well located, well equipped. Our host was responsive, we were well received and even got restaurant tips. I recommend it for a nice disconnection in the salty air.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Great stay at Stéphanie's house. Everything is as described and well organized. The house is a 2-minute walk from the ocean and very close to bike paths, market, village, while being quiet. It is extremely practical for a relaxing vacation! Thank you to Stéphanie and Déborah for the quality of communication and kindness. I highly recommend it!

We searched a bit for the house because there is no number that we could see. The houses around it had the number with an A & B but as far as we could tell there was nothing indicating which house to go to. The house was very recently renovated & spotless. The kitchen included a large refrigerator (& freezer), microwave oven as well as stove top & oven. With 2 bedrooms it was perfectly suitable & priced right for a family. It was just my husband & I and we have never experienced being charged extra for linens, towels & cleaning. Although certainly worth it for this one off I will be more diligent when searching for a place to ensure it includes these items for my chosen price point. We had a wonderful time at the house & exploring.

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. We recommend this listing without a second thought, and will be happy to come back!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
