Holiday rentals with beach access in Longeville-sur-Mer

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

We really enjoyed Douglas and Typhaine's house. It is not only very well located, a ten-minute walk from Bud Bud, but also functional, comfortable, with a special mention for the renovation and high-quality decor. Note that having a fairly large car, I preferred not to park on the land, the place seemed a little tight. Anyway, in June, I was able to park on the street without any problems. I hope to come back soon!

We're surprised by the quality of the space. For once, the reality was better than the photos. Really comfortable, great outdoors (with geese coming forward when you approach their enclosure😉). In addition ,you have access to a beach by a path through the forest ,as well as walking or cycling. Really a good location. For your information,the cottage will expand to accommodate 10 people,and given the quality of the current cottage,I imagine that the extension will be up to par...

Gael's place is great for a family. A little extra for the window door that allows access to my bathroom from the terrace, without going through the entire house, ideal in case of returning from the beach....!

Charming house, faithful to the description and very well located. You feel at home and you find everything you need! We really enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the garden, which is very nicely decorated. We also enjoyed all the comics and board games 😊

Great stay in this beautiful home where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything was perfect: very clean, quality furniture, tranquility of the residence. Beautiful house in a very quiet, bright place. The only small downside is that the telephone network is very bad and there is no wifi. We recommend it.

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. We recommend this listing without a second thought, and will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
