We are looking for a respectful tenant, aware of a construction with quality materials and attention to detail. This place was designed to offer a pleasant living environment, and we want it to be appreciated at its fair value. Although the interior offers optimal comfort, we want to emphasize that some exterior elements may present slight inconveniences. We therefore expect a certain indulgence and a positive attitude in the face of these possible inconveniences.

La Lorettoise: relaxation at the foot of the Pilat

Between Lyon and Saint-Etienne, at the foot of the Pilat, you can take beautiful walks or come for work. Remote working possible. The accommodation is independent on the ground floor with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room + toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + dining area, 1 terrace. The pool and garden are shared with my family, we live on the 1st floor of the house. Restrictions for everyone's peace: no parties, no children, no pets, non-smoking accommodation.

Quiet 2-person studio in the Pilat

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

Idéal pour quelques nuits de déconnexion, de repos, de retour à soi et à la nature loin du stress et de l'agitation. Point d'eau près de la yourte, douche extérieur eau froide, toilettes sèches. Possibilité d'utiliser une salle d'eau (chaude) dans ma maison.
