The bathroom has a stand up shower and a washer/dryer combo. Make memories and float the river in a tank, tube, or kayak with our local outfitter. Free pickup and dropoff at the cabin.

This was once a one room grade school that has been converted into a cozy cabin for your enjoyment. No tv, no Wi-Fi, cell service is available. The school house cabin is located next to the Plum Creek Wildlife Management Area and 22 miles from the Niobrara River and 13 miles from Ainsworth, NE.

Be my guest while I am away and forget your worries in this home with rustic charm and homey feel with the property having only 2 neighbors on either side located on a quiet street. Across the street on the front side offers a city park and the back has no neighbors/ alley with a big pasture perfect for watching sunsets. On the patio is a Traeger grill and firepit.

Minutes from the quiet Cowboy Trail where you can bike or walk. Kayaking and canoeing down the Niobrara is near Valentines, NE. It is on hwy 20, west of Bassett.
