Holiday rentals in Brown County

This was the perfect space for our group. We enjoyed our time at The Auditorium and definitely plan to stay again next year!

This accommodation met our needs for our family Christmas. The only issue that I thought had no been specified in the description was that the bedrooms were "open concept", meaning that only one bedroom had 4 walls and a door. This might be desirable for a girl's weekend, and since we were all family, it was not a problem for us. The property is very well appointed, roomy, and very nice for a family gathering. I would definitely recommend this property and host, and would use it again without hesitation. A bonus was that they had put up a lovely Christmas tree!

This is a beautiful location in the Sandhills. It is quiet and serene. The host was kind and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice place. I would go back.

We had a great, peaceful stay at the cabin above the Niobrara. It was the perfect place to stay before tubing the next morning. We slept well and the accommodations were great. Coffee on the porch in the morning was perfect with the gorgeous view.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was amazing and peaceful. We came and stayed for a wedding. My kids loved the pool table.

This hostess is top notch, and the building is impeccably built- if you are into well crafted locations, this is IT. We were happy with everything being super clean, the bathroom, the nice beds, the great kitchen area, the wonderful views and absolute quiet, it was perfect after the end of a hard Expo day for our team. Shirley even had a place lined up for us in town if we needed to drop our trailer, which we ended up not needing but we really appreciated the effort! The wild turkeys and deer in the area are a hoot- the river isn't that far away, so plenty of opportunity for river activities if that is what you're looking to get into. The attention to detail at this location just made my little heart happy, the bathroom was well caulked so no mold guaranteed! the washing machine has pads so no thumping if its running, they really thought of it all.

The Bunk House was clean, quiet and spacious. Just what our group needed after a long trip on the river! Dalton was responsive and helpful to my requests. I would stay here again.
