Welcome to Boca Ciega Oasis! The "Oasis" suite 409 has been totally remodeled in January 2022. This includes a new queen sofa couch in LR, new refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, and balcony tables and chairs. The 4th-floor view is the best but 409 is also centered beautifully to take in the expansive Boca Ciega Bay! Directly below the balcony is the swimming pool, Hot tub, and observation pier! The marina is to your left. See all while sitting in our bar height chairs and tables.

There is a PSTA Bus stop right at the entrance to the condo property.Uner and Lyft are availablThe Pinellas Trail is across the street. The VA Hospital and Bay Pines Park are biking or walking distance. The closest beach is Madeira Beach 2 miles from the condo. All Utilities, Cable/Internet are included. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

This unit was completely updated and quite modern! Two TV's in the unit, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! This place was amazing! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a beautiful place! Close to everything, great view, wonderful pool and hot tub and very peaceful. We walked right next door one night for dinner at doc fords definitely recommend it was delicious! The host was amazing on Communication! 10/10 stay.

Bill and Kristy were fantastic hosts! We were here for Christmas week visiting our son, and the location was perfect. We started each day by sitting on the balcony in the Florida sunshine, drinking coffee, and looking out onto the water with a periodic sighting of passing dolphins. The condo is very well appointed and perfectly laid out, with any and all amenities one would need while on vacation. The location was perfect, and with plenty of parking. A great time. Great condo and spectacular hosts. Would highly recommend! Tim and Denise McMahon

Outstanding place to stay for 2 people. Beautiful condo with amazing views! We really enjoyed the location...close to beaches and restaurants. One minor complaint, shower water pressure was low. May just need a new shower head. We would definitely book this condo again and highly recommend!

Fabulous place! Well appointed, everything you need for a relaxing week on the bay. Loved waking up to dolphins, manatees and sting rays swimming in the waters below. Perfect viewing from the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee. Fishing off the storm wall was fun, a little bit of everything was caught (nice to have a bait shop "bay pines bait & tackle" right across the bridge). Quick note - no more dock, lost to the last hurricane, like most wooden docks in the area - not a big deal. Pool was refreshing and well kept, we swam daily. Having Doc Ford's, a restaurant/bar, just a few steps from the place also a big plus. Chicken wings / extra crispy - can't go wrong. Some previous guests mentioned traffic noise from the hwy, we experienced very little of that. Once in the apartment the last thing you think about is traffic noise - a nice retreat. We'll be back!

Lovely, well appointed apartment in a nice, central location. Shawn had great communication and ensured we had everything possible to have an amazing stay. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler, etc.). My husband also saw dolphins while enjoying coffee on the balcony! ;) Would stay here again!

perfect stay for my 5 night solo trip. felt safe and comfortable. the space and linens smelled very fresh and clean. you’re 10 mins from everything here. beautiful modern space looks just like the pictures. bed is soooo comfy! would stay again.
