This hotel is located at the center of HCMC. The room was very clean and the stuffs were friendlier than other people in the city. Check in was very smooth, even though we can slightly early to leave the baggage. Stuff gave us some tea during the process. Our room was very clean, spacious and cozy. We also tried the spa package at the hotel. Stuff arranged everything from making a reservation to calling a cab.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy getting to restaurants and there’s a swimming pool and bar downstairs. Loved all the staff of the connected restaurant downstairs. Great location.

The overall environment of the apartment is good, and the homeowner is responsive. In the originally booked apartment, there was a leakage issue in the bathroom, and they arranged for a replacement apartment. However, the replacement apartment has a lot of ants, really a lot. Despite that, the overall living environment is comfortable, and the location is convenient with a convenience store downstairs in the housing estate.

The room mentioned is in a basement and really not convenient. i had to pay extra 400k for an upgraded room which was also not really awesome. All in all, it was okay. The host was friendly and responsive.

Tram was a friendly and proactive host. She would make sure everything went smooth and if I needed anything. The place is a good location as it's walkable to many sites. I got a bit confused of the location in the alley but I eventually found it. That's on me. I felt safe walking through the alley at night multiple times as the alleyway are lit up with bright lights. I will say that the bed was slightly small for me. For context in 6'1/185 cm. I would need to be at the top of the headboard in order for my feet to fit in. Overall, it was a good place.

It's nice to be clean and quiet. It feels narrower than the photos, but it's a good value and the surroundings are quiet and nice. The water pressure in the bathroom was also good, so there was no discomfort in washing.

4. I book this for my family. They like natural lights and opened views so this hotel room is a great find for them. The air conditioner is good so you can enjoy the room even during the hot days. In the afternoon and evening, you can enjoy the magnificent views outside and you can view directly to the building of Pullman hotel. The room is really authentically decorated and thought at each very detail. The bed is 5* equipped with a so good Dunlopillo French mattress so it is the right place to enjoy a good sleep.
