Наприклад, посудомийна машина не була закріплена, і якщо відкривати дверцята, вона переверталась, верхній кошик для посуду просто був відірваний. Кришка унітазу в душовій взагалі була відірвана.

Charles' house is a great place for three couples or a family group. It's in a great location and very well presented with high-end fixtures and furniture and every amenity you could want. Charles was very responsive and made us feel right at home. The living room is bigger and brighter than it looks in the photos and the through-nature of kitchen-dining-living room makes it a great place to hang out.

brief but wonderful stay...she has the cutest animals and checkin in was really easy...she was home but had she not been there were clear instructions on how to get in.

Our stay at Vilmas place was great. We were able to book day of after an inconvenience with another stay. Vilma was very responsive and flexible getting us into her place within a couple hours of booking. The house is bright, relaxing and served as a great home base as we visited London to root on a loved one running the marathon. A quick 5 minute walk to the DLR allowed for efficient transportation to central London. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay and a good price if you pay for the extra package

Hannah is a great host - very welcome. very clean and comfortable. I immediately felt at home, like I was family. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying at Hannah's place again.

Easily a five star stay at Levin’s place in Dalston. Levin was responsive and kind and the place was exactly as photographed. A short walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations with lots to explore in the neighbourhood. The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of natural sunlight. Had a lovely and comfortable stay and would recommend Levin’s place.

From picking up the key, to the short walk to the building was effortless. We were met near the building on shown to the flat. Everything was shown to us and explained perfectly. Also asked if we were happy with anything and given an opportunity to ask any further questions! The flat is a lovely highly recommended place to stay. Very clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and a good shower. It’s in a perfect part of London, not far from good places to go in all directions. Monika is a fantastic host, always available on chat to help with any queries. We will definitely go back when we go to London next time!

Our stay here was perfect, the location was amazing with tower bridge just a short walk away, underground and bus stops within short walk from accommodation made getting about very easy. The accommodation itself was spotless and was perfect for 3 adults. Would highly recommend and I look forward to returning.

Apartment match photos. Bedroom spacious and King size bed very comfortable. Wardrobe big with plenty of hangers and space. Lounge area spacious and comfortable. TV was great with a Netflix connection provided. Even a yoga mat available. The kitchen and contents 11 out of 10. Everything you need like at home. There were extras included such as some wine and crisps and leftovers such as cooking oils which is handy when self-catering. Fridge and freezer were big. Unlike some ABNB who give zero or minimal washing up detergent and washing powder/tablets etc, there was plenty. Transport great with Heron Quays closet DLR 5 min walk, Jubilee line 8min and Elizabeth line 10-15min. Can be in London center in 10mins. I had a couple of issues, but Leslie was very responsive and replied very quickly. No AC only a fan. That was OK when we were there. Can open windows for fresh air but then hear some traffic noise. On 8th floor so depends how quiet you like it. No noise from neighbors at all.

What a fantastic place stay! The instructions for check in were clear and concise. The photos matched the exact flat. Check in process was so easy as it's 30 seconds from the actual flat. Very nice touch to have tea bags, sugar and coffee in the kitchen so didn't need to buy any thing other than some milk. The location was fantastic. Tesco literally below the building and Sainsbury's very close by too. The overground is a quick 60 second walk so you can be in the city within 7 mins. So handy if you're working by Liverpool Street! The flat was exceptionally clean and the facilities were excellent. Very comfortable bed, lots of hangers available, iron, decent sofa, and even 2 electric fans to cool the flat down. Edward was also very responsive to my queries. Overall a fantastic stay and I certainly look forward to booking again. Thank you so much!

매우 놀라운 숙소입니다. 여행을 완벽하게 만들었습니다. 나는 수다장이처럼 이야기 할수 뿐이 없습니다. 1. 위치 나의 긴여행의 첫번째 숙소는 런던의 중심부였습니다. 이것이 런던인가 했을때, 두번째 숙소에서 또다른 런던을 발견했습니다. 런던의 오래된 멋진 고풍의 건물들을 보고 전부라 생각했지만, 이곳은 런던의 새롭고, 신식의 고층 건물과 현대식건물들 런던의 미래를 볼수 있었습니다. 고층애서 바라본 매우 아름다운 런던뷰와 밤에 반짝이는 불빛이 매우 낭만적입니다 그리고, 전철은 바로 1분거리이어서 시내중심까지 15분에서 20분이면 갑니다 . 그리고, 1층에는 마트가 있어서 매우편리하게 장을 볼수 있습니다 2. 내부 모습 내부는 정말 넓고, 한가로우며 , 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 매우 안락하고 편안한 침대, 욕조가 있는 넓고 깨끗한 욕실 , 전자레지 에어프라이기, 식기건조기 등 최신식 시설을 다갖추고 있고, 모든 양념통과 맛나는 코코아까지 있습니다. 안정감 있고 매우 편리하며, 여행만족도을 높여주었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트는 최고입니다. 약간의 문제가 생겼을때, 너무나 안정적으로 일처리를 잘 해주었습니다. 능숙하고 평화로운 조력자입니다. 이 숙소는 여행을 즐겁게 해주기에 다없이 좋은 여행이었습니다 . 2정거장 가까운 까나리 와프에서 런던을 폭넓게 이해 할수 있었습니다.

Vimal is the most friendly and responsive host I’ve ever booked with and gave me great confidence in advance about the booking, he answered all my questions with care and attention. Vimal also took a genuine interest in the reason for my visit and was able to provide specific advice. The apartment was very clean and both beds were comfy in spacious rooms. We didn’t spent much time in the apartment but Vimal said that due to there being no booking before or after us we could check in when we like and check out later also. Although this won’t be available for everyone it made our trip so much easier. Thank you Vimal.

This place is very clean and the location is walkable to Tube stations and the Tower bridge. Ariana is very friendly and responsible. We had great time staying at her place. We will come back next time to visit London and recommend this place to the others. Thanks

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Perfect location in one of the best areas of the city. Very clean apartment. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Spent almost zero time in the apartment except to sleep and it was perfect for doing that in the best area of East London. American travel tip is that West London is the London we picture in the US and see in the movies and it’s beyond amazing and what I was expecting to see, East London feels like NYC/Brooklyn (cooler in my opinion) in terms of hip culture and is a great home base…..just make sure you see both sides. 10/10 experience.

I loved staying here! Such a peaceful find for London, could have been in the countryside somewhere! Surrounded by birds, ducks and parakeets. Such a gem of a place, I would definitely stay here again when back in London. Lovely bathroom & modern kitchen, felt right at home. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely stay at Alex’s home while we had my daughter’s wedding. . It’s very beautiful inside & was a joy to be in , I love the lay out & garden , the bathroom is stunning ! Super comfy bed with lovely linen . We’d go back as it’s very near my daughter & a great location.

The apartment was really nice & cozy. It had an exquisite view during nighttime along with a great environment for a family gathering. The bus station was close & we had no problem getting anywhere. The neighborhood around us was also very peaceful. Last but not least, our host Matt was very responsive. He made sure everything was in order & also responded promptly to our queries.
