Kid-friendly holiday rentals in London Borough of Lambeth

It really was a great place for our 4 day London trip. At first we considered to rent in Nottingham Hill or in Camden but this location was way better. It’s located close to metro station and just in front of multiple bus lines which will take you to London center districts in around 20 min. The apartment is very clean, nice and well equipped. Karimé helped us when we needed and was easy to contact. A great place and great host. We enjoyed it immensely 😀 Arek et Kamila

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at Daisy’s wonderful home in Brixton, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly cozy and right at home. The thoughtfully designed and curated space was the perfect balance between comfort and style. The home is spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The skylight in the dining room is a stellar feature that brings in an abundance of natural light – such a brilliant touch! The styling and attention to detail are evident throughout – from the inviting living areas to the well-equipped kitchen. Every corner of the house radiates warmth and care. We had everything we needed and more. Brixton Train Station is just a short walk from the home, making central London just a stone’s throw away! I can’t recommend this place highly enough – a true gem in Brixton. Don't miss out on a wonderful stay here!

Ben's home was perfect for our trip to London! The place was really clean. We absolutely loved the kitchen and garden, and the location is fantastic. Brixton Village Market was a highlight with so many places to eat. Ben was a great host – super responsive and even offered us late check-out. Highly recommend!

Sonia and Mario where great hosts

We were lucky enough to visit Victoria’s beautiful home around my husband’s 40th birthday. We wanted a treat - and wow did it deliver! The house is huge, really spacious and brilliant for us, my parents and both of our children. They kindly left a cot for us to use if we wanted it and a high chair - plus a gorgeous selection of children’s books. The day bed was the perfect height for my toddler too (2.5). But the view !! The kitchen backs on to the most beautiful garden and it was enough for us to just sit and watch the trees with a glass of rosé or for my son to watch the squirrels eating the neighbours’ cherries ! With the odd parakeet flying past too. We are very into our food and it was incredibly well stocked for our passion (!), we loved cooking here and the perfect set up for a BBQ too. It was perfect in every way! We didn’t want to leave. We also found the Perry Hill pub brilliant for dinner with our son as it has a playground - just a 15 minute walk away.

Charmante maison typique londonienne décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée dans un quartier très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pieds (Queens road Peckham Station) et il y a de nombreuses lignes de bus pour visiter Londres. Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Eve où nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Et c'est avec plaisir que nous retrouvions le jardin de la maison pour nous détendre après nos périples touristiques. Par ailleurs, lors de la préparation de notre séjour, Eve et Tom ont été de précieux conseils pour notre organisation. Un grand merci à eux.

Laura’s place was perfect for our needs, visiting family close by. The flat was spotless, supplied tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, salt and pepper which amazingly some Airbnb’s don’t. Very comfortable stay. Walking distance from Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye park. Both beautiful open spaces. Good shopping and restaurants close by.

Great place to stay for a few nights - Jon and Melinda are wonderful hosts. The flat is great too - enough space for 3 of us.

Very clean modern apartment with excellent rail and tube access. It does get quite hot and there is no A/C which was the only issue.

Tom and Asle are wonderful hosts, quick to respond, reliable, and very helpful throughout our stay. We felt warmly welcomed and completely safe. The studio was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and super convenient to reach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back anytime!

Jacqueline was a perfect host, she was really communicative and all the information given about the property was accurate. We didn’t use any of the appliances in the kitchen as we were out and about every day but it had more than enough for a long stay. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. The flat was ideally suited for our needs and was very accessible to the city centre of London. The street was quiet and we had no issues with finding our way around. The only negative we could find was the small children that currently live in the building, they created a lot of noise early in the morning. But that can’t be helped - you’re staying in someone’s home after all! Would recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home.

Really enjoy our stay, gutted I got the check out date wrong as we wanted to stay longer it was so nice, we felt so at home and I got to spend Christmas with both my girls and my family because I was able to secure this place in London so Im forever grateful to Penelope and even her patience and understanding at the end. Awesome host amazing property.

Beautiful place from the inside, area wasn’t the best but overall so worth the price! And the owner was super nice and responsive!

Marc’s place was just as described and shown on the photos, the space was perfect for the four of us and the decor was different from what we’re used to, which made it all the more fun to look around! The apartment is on a quiet residential street but so close to the tube that you can be in central London in no time, so there was plenty to do close by. Marc was a brilliant host, very proactive in reaching out and providing instructions, and very responsive when we had questions, we couldn’t ask for more from him and would thoroughly recommend a stay here! We will definitely look to book again next time we visit. Thanks Marc!

Theodoros was a lovely host, super responsive and kind. His place is gorgeous!The location is really good, with many close by grocery shops and bus stops, tube station is just 10 mins walk. We should definitely go back to his place!

I booked Lisa place for my niece, Imogen and her partner as we had a full house and needed extra room. imigen really enjoyed her stay and remarked on how communicative her host had been.

Great stay - public transportation is within a 10-15 minute walk tops, and the area has a ton of great restaurants. It was nice to return to after a busy day. The flat was very clean and Zoltan really thought of all of the small details from a hairdryer to laundry soap, and even had a welcome basket for us with snacks and wine! Definitely recommend staying here.

Der Aufenthalt in Helens Wohnung war super! Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben genau das bekommen, was wir erwartet hatten. Auch die Kommunikation hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung und die ruhige Umgebung laden nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing-Tag zum Entspannen ein und bieten alles, was für einen Kurzurlaub notwendig ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Fantastic location. Close to the very cosmopolitan Brixton market. Very easy walk to the tube, trains and buses. We bought Oyster cards at the tube station which made travel around Greater London seriously easy and efficient. The accommodation had everything we needed plus more. Heaps of books to read of that is your inclination - I found the range fascinating. The patio is a nice area to chill on those nice warm London afternoons. Shall stay here again when we return to London.
