Kid-friendly holiday rentals in London Borough of Hounslow

David was a very thoughtful host for our few nights in Twickenham and showed us around the nearby restaurants and bars where we could eat. We were all made very welcome and enjoyed our stay. Many thanks David. Nick, Kathy and Max (our border collie).

Wat ons als eerst opviel was dat het een schone woning was! De bedden sliepen heerlijk, de ene slaapkamer was minder luidruchtig als de andere kant maar alsnog goed kunnen slapen, het was geen belemmering. Super aardige mensen, respectvol en meedenkend. Bedankt voor alles.

Carol’s lovely home is bright and airy. Shared bathroom is pristine, and I only saw one other person use it once. It was practically “mine”. As a solo female traveller, the very safe neighborhood (even late at night) and the leisurely 2 min walk to the train were a plus. Everyone on Airbnb SAYS they are a 2-min walk to everything, but Carol’s home literally is. Grocery, pubs, cafes, fine dining, and a lovely waterfront walkway in town, provide anything you might need. Carol herself is warm and friendly. Very responsive and helpful. Just a lovely human. 🙂 Note: The 30-min train ride into central London is not the tube. It’s a very comfortable, air conditioned “suburban line”. No transfers. Just walk the two mins, relax for 30, and you’re at Waterloo station, from which you can get anywhere. Can’t say enough good things. Be sure to check out the “French” cafe Feathers and Heart. Great food and service. *Gorgeous* garden with several shaded seating areas, and it is y ruly quiet.

We loved our stay at Edward's place. Close access to the Elizabeth Line was key, and we loved that we could return to a peaceful neighborhood after walking the streets of Central London all day. The home had everything we could need and more! Edward was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy. We would/hope to stay again!

I have been fortunate to stay in Kate's property long term and I can say that Kate is an amazing host. She is able to strike the perfect balance, incredibly warm and welcoming yet still respecting my privacy. The property itself is completely self-contained. It's very clean and spacious and there is everything that you could need for a comfortable stay; clean linen, towels and toiletries. The kitchen is a great addition which enabled me to make simple meals, snacks and drinks. Location wise both the train station and Tube are within walking distance which makes it easy to get into central London. Overall Kate's property is really great value - it's just perfect!

I cannot recommend Su’s place enough for anyone needing a quick stay on their to the airport! From the warm welcome of her pets (who are adorable and calm), the personalised sign welcoming me into her home, the clear instructions of getting around, and the nearby food recommendations, Su’s place was so comfortable as a rest point before an early morning flight from Heathrow. Su was also so kind and lovely to chat to. Getting to the airport was incredibly easy, with the help of Su’s clear instructions on how to get to each terminal. Walking to the station in the early morning with my luggage was also very doable. Special mention to the extra comfortable bed and pillows, going to sleep was a dream! Thank you again Su.

A truly wonderful stay! My stay at Paula's Airbnb in London was absolutely delightful, and I couldn't recommend it more highly! The space itself is charming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. Everything i needed was thoughtfully provided, making my visit seamless and enjoyable. I was so impressed that I'll definitely be staying there again. Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

Very happy with our stay. Bed was very comfortable and town is quite peaceful. Very walkable and a train ride from the city. Extremely close to Richmond for the Ted Lasso fans.

Great location in a very safe, quiet, and walkable community. Less than 15 minutes to amenities: restaurants, transportation, groceries, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, parks… The host is helpful and friendly, and was very responsive to ensure our stay made for a great holiday. The unit itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived and includes everything needed for a short or longer term stay. The bathroom, kitchen, etc. are all modern, with high-end appointments. We look forward to a return visit.

This is the cutest little apartment! Highly recommend a stay here if you will be in the area. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Close enough to central London while being out of the hustle and bustle of it all. Cute cafes and restaurants right around the corner which gives you plenty of options and a grocery store a block away. Will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Second time we have stayed at The Coach House and great experience both times. Really interesting conversion in a good location for access to central London. Super comfy bed and all facilities needed. Virginia was really helpful and flexible around our booking requirements.

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

First, for some credibility: I have been to Europe almost 250 times, staying in a wide range of accommodations, from five-star hotels to youth hostels. So I pretty much know a good place to stay when I see it. And Ramin‘s place was absolutely sensational. A big flat, a great neighborhood, spotlessly clean, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and great pubs. I work in London two or three times a year, and I’m always looking for a great place to stay. This was it! Ramin is a sensational host. I could not recommend the place more!

Lieber Peter, vielen Dank für einen phantastischen Aufenthalt. Gern wären wir noch geblieben. Wir könnten den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung bleiben und den Wassersportlern und Wasservögeln zusehen. Nur hat auch die Umgebung soviel zu bieten, dass man gar nicht alles schaffen kann. Vieles ist dank eines sehr guten Netzes öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel sogar ohne Auto erreichbar. Die Bushaltestellen befinden sich direkt vor der Brücke zur Insel. Pubs und Restaurants erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die FeWo enthält alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Wir blieben eine komplette Woche und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Bilder und Anzeige stimmen exakt mit dem Original überein. Peter ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet zügig auf alle Anfragen. Vor Ort stellt er viel Informationsmaterial zum Objekt und zur Umgebung zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jo’s apartment. The location is great, the decoration is fab and the little extras really make it special! Considering it was in the heart of Teddington it was quiet too! The kitchen and bathroom are great but the bedroom and living room are extra special - I was my house was decorated like this! Jo was really helpful too when I had to make some changes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

This is our second time at this home, and we really enjoyed our stay! Karin is so easy to communicate with and super flexible! You can beat the location of this apt. Highly recommend.
