Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lomas de Zamora Partido

The place is amazing. It was an old cookie factory so it has some mistique and charm but beyond that, the place is great, the amenities are amazing, and it is super livable. Definitely consider this place if it is summer season or close. We even used the pool in late March. Too bad the second pool is not heated (yes, definitely a first world problem, I know). Thierry was very responsive as well as Katia (Local contact) who was very helpful. Just one thing, keep in mind the pillows are relatively soft and flat, you may want to consider your own (although that applies to every airbnb). Just a great place if you want to go with kids. Will definitely consider this one for the next time.

Great place for o stay. Downtown is nearby by walking or public transportation. You can get to any place in the city from there. Host is friendly and responsive. I recommend the stay.

Durante mi cursada de Doctorado en la UP me he quedado varias veces en el apto. Me gusta la ubicación, la flexibilidad de llegada y salida, la seguridad, el apto en general. Ignacio es muy buen anfitrión y accesible. Me seguiré quedando allí cuando viaje a Bs. As.

Well-equipped apartment. With very pleasant amenities (gym, sauna, hammam, swimming pools, solarium). Ideal for a relaxing and cozy city trip. Martin and the building staff are very kind. Generally, Airbnb apartment photos are more flattering than reality, but here it's the opposite; the apartment is better than the photos.

El apartamento de Victoria es increíble. Exactamente como en las fotos. Además de ser espacioso, bien ventilado y luminoso, es súper cómodo y bien ubicado. Nos quedamos 2 meses e hicimos todo a pie (mercado, bares, cafeterías, restaurantes). Es posible trabajar ya que hay 3 lugares dedicados e internet funciona muy bien. La calle es muy silenciosa. Hay una estación de metro (Belgrano) a 2 minutos caminando. Está muy cerca de San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada, Obelisco, etc. En 15 minutos caminando se puede llegar a varios puntos de interés. Unos amigos de Brasil vinieron a visitarnos y Victoria les permitió quedarse unos días en el segundo dormitorio, a ellos también les encantó el apartamento. Fue increible. La comunicación con Victoria, Muchy (administradora) y Silvio (encargado) fue muy buena. Súper amables y resolvieron todas nuestras necesidades. Realmente lo disfrutamos, agradecemos la bienvenida y definitivamente lo recomendamos.

La zona es de muy fácil acceso, cercana a numerosos medios de transporte, relativamente tranquila y con muchos bares y restaurantes cercanos. El departamento es tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo y bien equipado. La estadía en el departamento fue excelente y la comunicación con Camilo fue siempre fluida y rápida. seguramente volvería en un futuro.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

Homey, quiet and perfectly sized Airbnb in a centrally located area of Buenos Aires. Our host Ana was very responsive as was our driver that she arranged, Emmanuel, who took us from the airport to Airbnb and back to the airport quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Great place, better than expected. I’ve stayed in many places around the area and so far this is one of the, if not the best. everything here has been carefully thought to ensure a pleasant stay, ugly many other places that just scramble old stuff, every single detail has been carefully planned, from appliances to decoration, bed is super comfortable and you’ll also get 2 bathrooms for the price of one. open terrace with lounge chairs and tables is a big plus ,laundry appliances provided at no cost. High ceilings and lots of sunlight. looking forward to my next stay here.

The apartment is very nice and cosy but a bit dark, not as bright as in the pictures. Though I guess it's unfortunately the same for many apartments in Buenos Aires. Otherwise, the location is very convenient, especially for tango dancers, as it's a 3min walk to La Comedia and a 12min walk to El Beso, which are two main venues for milongas in the city. There are convenient stores and many restaurants in the area. Oscar is a great host, very reactive to any issue that I could have during my stay and he speaks a very good English! ;)

Luciano siempre estuvo pendiente y flexible con todas nuestras peticiones, ubicación increíble , lugar seguro, todos muy amables en el edificio, seguridad todo el día en recepción, todo coincidía con las fotos, es un departamento muy lindo la pasamos muy felices y a gusto todo muy limpio y agradable, estamos muy agradecidas con Luciano y nuestra hermosa estadía en Buenos Aires.

Estuve una semana en el departamento de Andrea, realmente me pareció estupendo. De facil acceso, muy bien ubicado, con diferentes medios de transportes en la zona, bares y resturantes en la cercanias. Andrea muy atenta en todo.- Volvería con seguridad.- Gracias Andrea por tanta calidez.-

La verdad que excelente todo! desde el alojamiento, hasta Lucia que fue la que me atendió y me ayudó en todo, super atenta y amable! me hospedé por unas horas y me contestaron super rapido, estuvieron a la hora que tenian que estar para darme las instrucciones, asi que excelente! sin dudas volveria a elegirlos!

Daiana (as well as the co-host) is an amazing host. I have never had an Airbnb host who responded as quickly as she did. Her instructions to checking in was crystal clear. Her friendly quality comes through her messages, and even before my husband checked in we felt welcomed. I could not travel with my husband due to an emergency back home, but had no problem communicating with her on my husband's behalf. She was also very gracious about allowing my husband to check out a couple of hours later than the usual time. Her apartment is spotless and had everything one needs. It was nice to have a second bathroom. The apartment is spacious with many surfaces (many tables of various sizes) that came in handy. Also, my husband stated that the place was quiet with no outside noise. The bed was comfortable as well. Lastly, the neighborhood is one of the safest in Buenos Aires with many great restaurants within walking distance. We will return to this place for our next trip.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, com grande variedade de comércios próximos. É limpo com roupas de cama e banho novas. O chuveiro tem água abundante e quente. O colchão é ótimo. O anfitrião foi sempre gentil e respondeu prontamente às dúvidas.
