The property is located in beautiful surroundings close to the beach and nice opportunities for walking/running in the surrounding area. A completely unique walk is on the Thurø Reef. There's an exit from the terrace on the first floor with a view of the water that's 300 meters away. The listing has two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from the city center of Svendborg with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden is fenced off as smaller dogs may be in the garden.

You have 5 min to My Merchant, 10 min to the Baltic Sea Bath, or 30 min to Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten, Medieval Center, Lalandia and Nysted. It's not far from “Earth to Table.” Ex: Nysted Gaard shop in the harbor. Dogs are welcome; cleaning fee of 500 DKK I can offer bed linen rental for a total of 500 DKK, then the beds are ready when you arrive. Fee payable upon arrival

Probably, it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Sunset Lodge is a lovely Danish summer house with a large wooden terrace. Newly renovated in 2024, 97 m2. Enjoy direct sea view from the terrace/living room! Sunset Lodge is a newly renovated holiday home with a unique location. Here there is a direct view of the waters north of Falster with a view to Farø, Bogø and Møn. The house has its own park with old trees, solitary trees and a pond. The garden borders a large field, behind which lies the Baltic Sea. Various beaches are no more than a kilometer from the house and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

A bright house in the fields. The whole house

An old light house with a big garden. Away from the main roads. There is no TV in the house so you get silence and if you're lucky - the bright sun - the Danish summer is unpredictable. There is a cat in the House. Very kind and friendly. During your stay the cat is outside and on the veranda. I would appreciate a little care for her - just pour her some food and water.
