Holiday rentals with lake access in Loíza

Estamos muy satisfechos con este alojamiento. Totalmente limpio, muy oloroso y muy cómodo, se sentía como en casa. Realmente volveríamos a rentarlo, cerca del aeropuerto, mall y restaurantes. Lo pasamos genial.

Very clean, comfortable, and private. Neighborhood can be a little noisy but being close to everything makes it worth it.

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

The photos in the listing do not do this place justice. The view from the patio/terrace is truly breathtaking. The inside is okay, kind of dreary and could use a paint job, but the insane view makes this place a destination in itself. Felipe has a special piece of property perfectly situated looking into a big valley of the lush rain forest. Seriously we changed plans and chose to spend more time at the Airbnb just to enjoy sitting on that patio with the view. If you want to feel like you’re in nature and a little isolated come here. It is stunning.

Evenings on the patio next to the river were amazing. The host was very responsive to requests. The river was a highlight. Thank you for an amazing stay.

It was an excellent experience. The property was extremely clean had everything we needed and plenty of room for the whole family. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We’d greatly recommend staying here and we will return.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

Extremely close to the airport, which was perfect for us flying in at night. The space was beautiful and clean. We ended up losing electricity most of the time we were there so didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but that wasn’t the host’s fault. Cool neighborhood with chickens and cats roaming around - my kids loved that part the best!

My stay was very good, the studio has everything the landlord offers in the description, everything was very clean, I loved it.

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!
