Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

It is an open space composed of a small sleeping area under a mezzanine slope, a living room (sofa convertible into a double bed if necessary) with TV, a kitchen equipped with washing machine, a dining room, a bathroom, toilet, and air conditioning. The common areas and garden amenities will allow you to enjoy Abraysian evenings.
