On a weekend with friends, we had a great stay at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor equipment, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again to them.

We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

Our stay was perfect. Despite a small electrical failure due to the jacuzzi (which we could not use as a result) we all enjoyed our stay at Étienne's. The house is very clean and spacious. Close to the center, we did everything on foot.

Very nice family house, well furnished and well located. Beautiful walks from the house directly. The only thing missing was shutters in the bedrooms, especially in this season when it's light at 6 a.m. For the rest, we were won over.

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. The place is amazing, even better than on the pictures. The park is beautiful and quite. we enjoyed the great swimming pool as we stayed with family including 2 young children. Beds were great. The house had everything we needed, all amenities. Strategic location from the Chateau de la Loire and for cycling. Yannick was really helpful. I would definitely come back.

The house is really beautiful, very well renovated and clean. It is very well equipped and the quality of the services is excellent (swimming pool, city stadium, bbq, darts, ping pong, billiards, foosball...). We had a great time.

A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.). A perfect stay. We had a great stay with 14 people (8 adults and 6 children). The house is really spacious, with several living spaces. The teenagers particularly enjoyed the games room and the cinema, and the little ones loved the playground with a swing/slide. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for large groups (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers). The exterior is just as pleasant: heated pool but also large garden with several corners arranged for eating or just enjoying the quiet. Our host's welcome was efficient and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

We offered 3 unforgettable days to our children and grandchildren!!!! Obviously with the sun, the hot pool was squatted from morning to night!!! The welcome and arrangements with Elodie, allowed me to enjoy my whole family!

Jean François was very flexible regarding our arrival time and kindly waited for us later than planned and then welcomed us by giving us a tour of the house and property. The house and its garden are superb with a particularly nice sauna. No complaints, I recommend it!

Christian’s place is a beautiful country home. Perfect for a family, a great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The house has all the amenities you could need with excellent quality linens and furnishing. We enjoyed exploring the garden and dinner at nearby Chateau Le Grand Luce. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice house, very spacious, very clean and very well arranged inside and out. Cozy atmosphere. Quiet corner. The pool is great:) A 10-minute drive from Le Mans, you can also enjoy the city's activities. Christian and Annick are very welcoming and very friendly hosts that we had a lot of fun getting to know. We had a great time in Avignon!!
