My vacation home is located in the climatic health resort of Bärnkopf, a small place in the middle of the Weinsberg Forest at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The sun shines here very often while the fog hangs in the valley and the nights are starry. There is a good infrastructure - a shop, a tavern, many hiking trails, a swimming pond and in winter an extensive cross-country ski trail network. In the immediate vicinity you will also find Rappottenstein Castle, the Arbesbach Bear Forest, the Ysper Gorge and of course a lot of untouched nature.

On 2 floors you will find: 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, magnificent views & balcony - 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet - cozy living-dining kitchen with beautiful terrace & view of the Danube. This is country house retreat is just 2 hrs drive from Vienna and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Located in the Waldviertel area, this country house is nestled in the Austrian countryside surrounded by forest and wilderness with a outdoor barrel sauna for 6 people. The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

Apartment at Alpakahof Hahn

Kick back and relax in a quiet, stylish new apartment right at Alpakahof Hahn. The apartment is about 50 m from the pasture. The whole apartment costs €70/night - no matter how many people stay in it. If desired, we can put a breakfast basket in front of the door. Breakfast per person costs an extra €8. Currently 47 alpacas live on the farm. Access to the barn is always open to our guests. Our alpacas and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. The cozy apartment is located in the former Eichinger inn. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it tempts you to explore. In the small village of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a really original general store. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony.
