perfect stay! Listing is as described. it is very well placed: - there are restaurants around - it is 5 min drive from Disneyland Paris - next to the RER A - and next to a paid public parking lot - we have always found parking spaces (free in the evening and on Sundays) in the neighborhood the place is very clean The bed is comfortable, we slept very well.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area . Well equipped and essentials supplied like toilet rolls and shampoo etc . Kitchen well equipped . Very easy to get on RER train to Disney . Trains every 10 mins and only 2 stops so short journey time of 6 mins . Great Carrefour supermarket around corner . We had 2 cars , space provided in carpark under apartment for 1 and we parked other car in secure carpark opposite Carrefour for €15 for 24hr period . Hosts were very good at communicating with us and checked we had arrived safely and gained entrance. Clear instructions to enter building and apartment . Our grandson loved the wooden tool bench and the nerf guns . Highly recommend this apartment if going to Disney Paris or into central Paris too . Lots of restaurants close by . We had a Chinese takeaway from around the corner. Lovely Boulangerie close by too . All in all a great place to stay 👍😃

Our 2nd stay and just as wonderful as our 1st! We had a couple of very small issues which were fixed by the host immediately. 30 minute walk to Disneyland, close to everything you could need. Perfect for a few days in Serris.

Very well located accommodation close to Disney and Val d 'Europe. Every night, you get to the fireworks show in the park from your balcony! Clean, quiet accommodation, all the essentials for a great stay. You are also entitled to a space in the underground parking of the building which is highly appreciated. Special mention to hosts who were very responsive, kind and caring 🤗

Ramy’s place was perfect and enough space for 2 or 4 people. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe with a key code security at the entry gate and key fob at building door. The place is under 5 mins to a local grocery store and restaurants but we had to take an Uber or train into the city of Paris as expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again! ☺️

Absolutely amaaazing! Alexis was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and personally welcomed us when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. I’m usually a little hesitant to choose an Airbnb over a hotel, but this stay completely exceeded our expectations. Audrey is a nice host! House was sparkling clean and matched the pics. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and it felt home! Went to Disneyland and Paris city.. which was comfortable from this place, even at midnight as we used public transport. Will surely stay again, on next visit to Paris.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We stayed at the property for 3 nights at the end of April (2 families with a total of 3 small children). Before arriving, we had some questions; the whole team always responded directly and supported us superbly. Also with the PassPass App. This allowed us to book a slightly earlier arrival and got all the information (such as the storage of the key, etc.) From the location, the house is ideal for visiting Disneyland (15 min by car) and to go to Paris (30 min by train). The only drawback for us...the house was a little clairvoyant and it could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied and would fully recommend the house.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel’s place. The apartment is a great base for visiting Disneyland or central Paris, and is very comfortable and well equipped. The surrounding area has a great selection of restaurants and a fantastic bakery at the end of the world and the large shopping centre is less than 10mins walk away. It is a pleasant 25minute walk to Disneyland or a short one stop hop on the RER. Finally, Daniel is a very welcoming host, and was flexible with a late check in following our delayed flight and also provided some great local recommendations. Highly recommended.
