Very nice home and clean will stay again if we come back to Guthrie !

Rod was nice and easy to work with but this is in a very bad neighborhood for the price we paid.

Property is as described. Lots of room. It is about a 45-minute pretty drive to Stillwater. If you don't mind a 45-minute drive to Stillwater this is a great priced right property.

The Arcade is a fantastic experience! Chris provides a wide range of activities so you are never bored. We played volleyball, a round of disc golf, pool, NASCAR, basketball, tabletop games, and even wound down with a movie on the comfy couch. It truly is your own private oasis of fun. Book it, and have a blast!

It was truly a wonderful home—an authentic and beautiful place surrounded by nature yet close to the city. The atmosphere was amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

This space was perfect for our week stay. It was only 15-30 minutes from all the things in OKC and Edmond that we were wanting to do. The place was very spacious and private/quiet. The price was amazing compared to most others and we hope to stay again next year.

Great for what we needed it for! One night for the Ragweed show. Beds were clean and space was accommodating for a large group. Was a little hard to find but we asked at the rv park and she told us where it was.

Lovely place, warm and welcoming home. The cozyness of this place made us want to stay longer. Will definitely choose this place next time we are in town.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bunkhouse, And both times I was greeted by Susan and her hospitality. The bunkhouse is clean and well kept. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for something peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. I plan on staying here again in the future

Relaxing weekend. Had everything there. Sherry thought of everything people need for staying away from home. There is a bbq grill on site to use, that would of been nice to know, when buying the food. Bring those marshmallows for the fire pit. Loving place and will highly recommend it to anyone. Best of luck in future.

Absolutely loved this house! You can easily spend time with family and/or friends w/o leaving the property! The deer in the front yard early morning was a bonus!! The gameroom was so fun that my 83 year old mother had fun. Her favorite was the pin ball machine. Kitchen was spacious to cook for 9 people. Christopher was very prompt with answers to questions! We would definitely stay here again! And, we got to bring the dogs along! So worth the price!! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!!

Fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a private, comfortable place to travel with horses. The property is fenced, making it feel safer when traveling with your pets or horses. Easy access to water and a nice water tank was provided. The house was clean, as described, and Georgia made you feel at ease using the place as your own! The house itself was roomy and had a wonderful yard and front porch. We’d definitely stay here again. Georgia is a super host for a reason!

The home provided the perfect home base to a family wedding in Guthrie. Pet friendly with a fenced backyard. Beautiful setting and felt very secure.

Incredibly thoughtful amenities. Older home but great remodel especially bathrooms. Quality fixtures and furniture. The property is lovelier than the description. The birds singing in the morning while you enjoy coffee in a rocking chair. Super dark nights so you can see the stars. One of our fav rentals of all time.

Made my vacation complete!! Well furnished and more prepared for the trip than me. The attention to detail and care for their guest shows greatly. Highly recommend any chance you get in Oklahoma, book with Rosanda!!

The house was clean and beautiful. The hot tub was on the fritz, so we weren’t able to test it out. It would heat up for some reason. The host was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet. The whole atmosphere was nice and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice romantic place with a country feel. The absolute best cinnamon roll ever for breakfast.
