The unit has a Washer & Dryer and a full kitchen with an outdoor charcoal BBQ. Peaceful setting, shaded, and lots of grass on the large 2-acre lot. The one-bedroom has a NEW KING bed, and there is a sofa bed in the large living room. This unit is a duplex and is located right behind Cove Creek Country Store and restaurant.

The Piney Pioneer Cabin

This cabin sits right on the main channel of the Arkansas River. It is built from cedars cut from surrounding land and mostly repurposed items. The train tracks run alongside the river, so guests can enjoy both train and barge traffic. The loft bedroom is accessed by stairs that would be more aptly described as a ladder; it would be dangerous for small children or people who are not well balanced. Guests can enjoy the outdoor fire pit, grilling, and beautiful sunsets.

A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.
