Yvonne is an attentive and friendly hostess. Fast and nice communication. Slept wonderfully. Nice place to stay, actually suitable for longer stays than our long weekend. Like your own living room/kitchen. We were surprised that we were allowed to borrow electric bikes. Perfect. Location, wonderfully quiet. Close to the center and many opportunities to explore nature. Would recommend it to our family!

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's vacation home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just can't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, the shower is not really separated so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. However, a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it became quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet holiday in the countryside

What a wonderful stay we had here! Beautiful super spacious farm with a large garden with a view so beautiful! Bedrooms large, lovely beds! And of course, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi! Aljanneke is a perfect host/hostess. Everything was arranged! Delicious beers, fresh apple juice! We will definitely be back! The area is beautiful for both cycling and hiking and the beautiful places Deventer and Zutphen are nearby!

Had a nice long weekend. It was very hot, but the fan was already running and kept the room nice and cool. It's nice to be able to stay in the garden. Bicycles can be stored and charged. Beautiful surroundings, nice farm shop nearby. Not to forget a delicious breakfast

We had a great stay. The cottage has everything you want. Even more than described. The privacy, tranquility and everything within walking distance. After wonderful walks, a bite to eat and a drink in the evening, relax in the jacuzzi. Nothing but praise for the accommodation, location and especially the owners!

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful midweek in the Trupial. Everything looked neat and tidy and we had a real home feeling, a good comfortable sofa to sit on and a nice separate dining area. Everything you could think of that you need during a stay was present. A wonderfully comfortable bed and a nice garden to sit in, all day long visits from various birds on the feed silos and even a squirrel that came to eat every day. The area is also very beautiful, we are very familiar with the area because we have had a chalet there for years, the bike route to the south via Boerderij Mossel to Ede and back via the more western bike path is always a nice route to do, and of course a visit to Park de Hoge Veluwe. All in all, a very successful week and a good chance that we will return to John & Marquerite.

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

it's always a lovely stay here. Brittina is super friendly and easy to ask questions to. the place peaceful and relaxing. I couldn't recommend Brittina as a host more. will definitely stay again.

Cost effective, well equipped, walkable location. It's a basement so expect to bring some mosquito killer and the temperature could be cooler than outside.

I arrived very satisfied and left the accommodation with a happy feeling. It is a perfect place to rest, especially for people like me who are constantly in work mode. The quiet location and the possibility to cool off in the pool in warm weather are simply great. Maarten always reacted immediately when something was wrong - always friendly and helpful. For me, it is clear: I will definitely come back. Thank you very much!

Beautiful, central location, ideally located (within walking distance less than 1 minute) near parking, entertainment, supermarkets, and the city center. Ideal for entering the accommodation with an access code, which met the outlined expectations perfectly. Hosts are very active in communication, and think along. Highly recommended for a stay in Zwolle!

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once you cross the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and especially thanks to the great host! Already at check-in, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. Our host was consistently personable, incredibly patient and helpful at all times. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity have made our stay truly special. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the time in Reckum to the fullest. We highly recommend the place and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

Lisette’s apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything was as described. Easy access to station, AH, and a quick walk to city centre. Definitely would stay again.

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful old house with a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful swim in the Rhine, slept well and were spoiled in the morning with a very well-prepared breakfast in the garden. Highly recommended!
