Ingresso indipendente, piano terra, a due passi dal corso Garibaldi, dalla stazione centrale e dalla Via Marina. Perfettamente servito dai bus. A pochi metri supermarket, tabacchino e farmacia. 1,5 km from the gorgeous white beaches Grotticelli & Tonò! Apartment is located on the ground floor of two floors building - gated complex "Giardino degli Ulivi" with amazing swimming pool and parking space. Large day area with sofa bed and TV, kitchen and dinning with exit to covered garden with relax area and dinning table. Fist bedroom with double bed and bathroom inside and second bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom. Airconditioning in every room and ecquipped kitchen!

Appartement face à la mer à 2 minutes à pied de la plage du golfe de Squillace . Il se situe à proximité immédiate de l'hotel San Domenico. L'appartement, dessiné par un architecte a été totalement rénové en 2019. Les prestations sont luxueuses. Il est idéal pour 2 personnes puisqu'il a 1 chambre qui dispose d'un lit 160x200, un espace de rangement et sa propre salle bain. Le salon dispose de 2 sofas de 90x200cm qui peuvent accueillir confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Appartamento nel cuore della cittadina di Siderno Il mare è cristallino, merita da solo la sosta a Siderno. Anche il lungomare è notevole, abbastanza curato e rilassante. Per arrivare alla spiaggia basta oltrepassare il sotto passaggio (anche a piedi) che si trova proprio difronte alla struttura.
