The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. We are a family (My mother and my brother) You may contact us at any time. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. It was a truly unique experience. The privacy and nature that surround it are impressive. Although at first it may seem a bit strange to have to go by canoe to the warehouse, the adventure was worth it. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable and the environment is very relaxing. However, it is important to keep in mind that water is a limited resource, so it is necessary to be aware of its use. There were a couple of times when the power went out, which was a bit uncomfortable, but luckily it came back quickly on both occasions. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. The host was very helpful and kind at all times. In general, I would recommend this accommodation to those who are looking for an unusual experience and are willing to adapt to the peculiarities. Nature and privacy are real advantages of this place.
