In meinem Haus, in dem sich Menschen, die hier leben und Gäste begegnen, befindet sich eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern einer Küche mit einer Essecke und einem Badezimmer mit Klo. Die Wohung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und bildet eine eigene Wohneinheit und ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet. !! Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.

In dieser großzügigen neu renovierten Unterkunft in Grafenstein werdet Ihr Euch wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, großzügig aufgeteilt mit viel Platz und mit einem großen Balkon . Der Pool lädt zum Chillen und zum Entspannen ein. Zum Klopeinersee sind es 10 km, Tennisplätze sind fußläufig erreichbar, mit dem Rad kann es direkt vor der Haustüre losgehen . Für das leibliche Wohl sind fußläufig verschieden Gasthäuser die mit regionaler Küche punkten.

Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
