The apartment is as described and in the photos. Everything is impeccable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare something. We appreciate that you leave oil, salt, and a new towel. The building has a lot of security and friendly staff. Having parking included is a plus. We'll be back for sure. 100% recommended.

There were 4 of us in this amazing apartment! Everyone was super comfortable. Clean bathrooms, towels and bed linen, super-equipped kitchen... and the spectacular view! The apartment is a few meters from a super complete mall, a beautiful park... Very well located and safe. 24-hour concierge, very good garage too. Priscila sent us all the information, we checked in smoothly. She responds quickly to all questions. We felt at home, we would definitely come back!

I recommend the apartment in relation to price and quality. Everything is in perfect condition and Alvaro is always attentive and well predisposed. The area is very pleasant and with the Parque Arauco shopping mall a few meters away. There are also many dining options in the area.

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well equipped for cooking, very comfortable bed and good shower! Improvement points: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, as the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was a cold climate, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Arauco Maipu mall, which is very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!
