Holiday rentals with lake access in Llevant

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung war für uns ideal vom Schnitt und der Lage. Sehr nah am Strand und das Gewässer hinten laden zum spazieren ein. Die Kommunikation mit Marc war sehr gut, er hat stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Toll war, dass es eine Ausstattung für Kinder gibt (Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Spielzeug). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. Thank you for being such a welcoming host Pablo, both of you :)

Alicia is a very nice and kind host, her house is really good located, in a quiet area in front of a lake and 5min max from the beach. The room and the house are also very clean. I would highly recommend

We were eight people, and the house was just right for our needs. Area was peaceful, and within reasonable walking distance from the beach. Antonia was very helpful, and the couple who met us were very friendly. Altogether I can recommend this place.

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

We are so glad we chose Rosa's place. There were 4 of us staying and the house had plenty of room. It's in an incredible location just across the street from the quietest part of the (amazing) beach. There are alot of amenities close by, grocery stores and restaurants. The back patio looks over the lake, making for wonderful meals outside. Communication with the host and her son was excellent. They were very responsive and gave us great local suggestions. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for a self catered stay. There was even water and beer in the fridge on our arrival. Garbage bags, soap pods and detergent were all on hand at check in. It's these small touches that separate a good place from a great place and this place was fabulous. The house is very well appointed well kept and you could feel the love and care Rosa and her son Toni put into this place. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Mallorca and are looking for a place to stay.

I had the absolute best week staying here! The apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay, from the coffee and well-equipped kitchen, to the strong WiFi, office chair, shower gels, and outdoor furniture, they’ve thought of it all. The outdoor spaces overlooking the marina were a highlight and I really enjoyed the location. There’s plenty within walking distance (including old town if you’re up for a long stroll!) and if not, the bus system is very easy to use and in less than 20 minutes you can be in the heart of Palma or on the beach in Cala Major. I also appreciated how kind and responsive the property management team was whenever I had questions. I can’t recommend this place enough, I hope to be back!

We stayed here as a friend group of 5, and it was the best place we could’ve imagined. It’s walking distance to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, clubs, bus stop, … We had the best time here and were positively surprised about how big the house is and the sun terrace it has! I would 100% come back and can only recommend it!

It was just the perfect place to stay. Great location, beautifully furnished, didn’t want to leave we just loved it. Two seconds to the beach and such a wonderful location.

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met ons gezin (kind van 3 en een baby) in het appartement van David. Communicatie verliep heel goed. Het ligt op een hele goede locatie, dicht bij het strand en bij de haven met alle restaurants. Ook Son Xorigeur is goed te belopen. Het was schoon, ruim (ook een ruim balkon wat heel fijn was) en de keuken is heel erg compleet. Het enige wat wij misten zijn goede gordijnen. Een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Canyamel ha sido un descubrimiento, un lugar tranquilo, alejado pero perfecto para el descanso y la playa. El apartamento, tal como indican los anfitriones, en segunda linea de playa, cómodo y preparado. Tuvimos suerte y no sufrimos de ola de calor, por lo que la temperatura era soportable. Volveriamos a esta zona y esta casa sin dudarlo.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement c’est très bien passé, endroit agréable, très belle vue, et à proximité de beaucoup de commerces et restaurants. Seul « inconvénient » les résidents ou vacanciers était un peu bruyant dans les couloirs du bâtiment le matin et ça résonnait beaucoup dans la pièce, mais c’est un détail et n’enlève en rien les points forts de cet appartement, on recommande ! Merci aux hôtes pour leurs disponibilités et leurs consignes très claires.

My family and I loved our stay. Joanna was extremely responsive and a great host. Location is just across the road from the beach, and close to cafes and supermarkets. House is old but has everything you need. The only slight fault we had was the very limited supplies provided (no salt, oil, sugar), and wifi was a little patchy in some areas of the house. But otherwise we loved it and highly recommend Joanna’s place.

Appartement superbe, très clair, ideal pour une famille avec enfants. Commerces a proximité et on va à la plage à pied. Parking sous la maison Trés contente de notre location et à recommander .

Nous avons trouvé le logement très agréable, avec Richard qui nous a réservé un bel accueil et qui était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner de précieux conseils. crique et plage à 200 mètres, accessible à pied et avec des enfants. La piscine de la résidence est très bien, idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge également. la résidence est bien entretenu, tout comme l'appartement. merci encore à Richard, je recommande chaleureusement cet appartement :)
