A fab little cozy home type stay, lots of creature comforts and thoughtful touches throughout and to welcome upon arrival. Plus x1 bbq and x1 firepit set up for a weekend stay. Everything you need to be comfy cozy and warm. Hot tub has amazing views and was warm on arrival ready to use. Local area has lots to do from strolls with food and drink to action packed adventure. Hosts are friendly with a wealth of knowledge for the area and are responsive to messages. An absolutely lovely stay with no complications or concerns.

Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb truly exceeded all expectations. The views are nothing short of stunning, the setting was pure magic. The house itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy, comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home instantly. Our host was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Quick to respond, full of great local tips, and genuinely welcoming (and it made all the difference). If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a seamless getaway, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed with our baby and 3 dogs. Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed, including high chair and books/toys. Perfect location and beautiful surroundings. Paul was great to chat to and gave good local reccomendations for dog walks, beaches and places to eat. Hot tub was ideal as well!! Would recommend

This was a perfect last minute getaway which felt like a home from home. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub with separate outdoor room was perfect for drying off. We absolutely loved our stay at Katherine 's beautiful house. I actually can't praise the holiday enough. The house was beautiful, very clean,well equipped and in the most beautiful surroundings. The layout was just perfect for our family, with the 2 bathrooms and the gorgeous dining room. The garden was so safe for our dog and grand daughter Such easy access to Ros on Sea, Abergele and Llandudno It made for a perfect holiday and we are already planning our return if Katherine will have us 😊

What a wonderful cottage. Beautiful location. We enjoyed our walk to the Black Falls and it was also well located for Snowden which we walked up on a lovely sunny day. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cosy and the jacuzzi bath greatly appreciated after a strenuous days walking. Two pubs in easy walk of the cottage but really you’re spoilt for choice with Betws- y- Coed and Porthmadog reasonably close by. We loved our stay here. Thank you.

A fantastic cottage for an old group of friends to reminisce and explore Snowdonia. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, spending most of the down time in the huge kitchen. Lovely house for a group - everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and everything had been thought about which is really appreciated. Angharad was great throughout - flexible, helpful and really responsive. Definitely recommend and huge thanks :-)

Beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views and nestled in a peaceful setting. Close to lots of places of interest, nice restaurants and the beach.

The photos of Rock Cottage simply do not do it justice. The most beautiful property in a stunning part of the UK. Bradley & Mirabelle were fabulous hosts, always on hand to help with any queries we had and they left some fabulous recommendations for eateries etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning place! I booked it for the view, but the entire surrounds of the place are beautiful! Feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, with just rolling hills. Was hard to find with the instructions given, but Emily was on the phone to give me a hand. The barn itself is gorgeous, the big window is amazing. I had the double doors open most of the time. I loved the solitude, and can't wait to come back 😊

Lovely place to stay. Nice and clean and a beautiful cottage. Bed was so comfortable and with the peaceful neighbourhood it was easy falling asleep. Jacqui was a great host and on hand to help if needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Fantastic cottage and perfect location for Snowdonia and Anglesey. The cottage is incredibly homely and should the weather be on side, has a sweet garden to relax in after a day of exploring the local area. Thank you Amanda for being such a wonderful host, and for a fantastic stay!

Bij aankomst weet je dat het geen standaard B&B is. Het is meer dan dat. Het is knus, liefelijk en bijzonder. Na een fikse dag lopen is de cottage je warme ontvangst. De open haard, de fijne bank, de praktische keuken en het heerlijke bed zorgen daarvoor. Wij hebben Sarah kort ontmoet en dat was erg leuk. Wat een enthousiasme en gelijk gaf ze wat tips voor onze terugreis. Dank nog daarvoor! Kortom, deze B&B voldoet aan al je verwachtingen. Niks negatiefs? Nee hoor. Wel een let op: als je lang bent ga je op sommige plekken je kop stoten 😉

Absolute brilliant home to explore the North Wales coast and the Llyn Peninsula. We loved Cricceith as a base and the home was perfect for our week away: beautifully thought out, spotless and just really homely.....we did not want to leave and can't wait to book another stay! Things that stood out were: the shower was powerful and warm, the beds were comfy, the facilities were excellent and the garden area was private. We couldn't fault it!

Absolutely fabulous stay! Cottage was beautiful and cosy with plenty of walks around the wonderful landscape. Daniel and Paul were lovely, proactive and responsive hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and being close to some cute villages as well. Can't recommend enough.

The Granary was a lovely home for our week, in a beautiful North Wales location. It was wonderful to sit out on the patio looking at the view of the mountains and wildlife. Inside everything was well thought out and to hand - such a thoughtful barn conversion. An amazing Airbnb host and a perfect base for all North Wales has to offer (and there's a lot of options)!

We had the most amazingly peaceful stay at your beautiful property. The view of the sea is even more spectacular than the photographs, with easy access to the quiet beach through a gate at the bottom of the garden. Spotlessly clean and modern. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay with our 2 dogs. Well equipped and comfortable. Karen was amazing with clear directions to guide us there and a welcome when we arrived. Facilities were great for a base while exploring North Wales. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.
