I was a bit nervous coming to this Airbnb because there were no reviews, but if you have the same concern, do not be worried! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and it was easily one of the most beautiful homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It was a 10 min walk to downtown Puerto Varas and close to grocery stores. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wifi was super fast. I work remotely and had several video calls with no issues. Josefina always responded in minutes and was extremely communicative. We couldn't recommend it more and were sad to be leaving!

Our stay at Gabriel's house in Puerto Varas was excellent. The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfect for resting. The best part, without a doubt, is the spectacular views of the Osorno volcano and Lake Llanquihue, which make the experience unforgettable. We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Josefina was very concerned about our arrival and during our stay, we appreciate as a family that she waited up for us despite the delay of the ferry from Chaitén. Her cabin is in a beautiful setting, and is very cozy, especially for spending the night after traveling during the day I recommend it 100%.

The house is very comfortable, with spacious spaces, lots of bathrooms and beds with a central kitchen dining area that is the protagonist of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are ultra clean. It has a pellet stove that in my opinion is a little insufficient to heat all the spaces, although it has electric stoves that can be used in the pieces, maybe in the coldest months it could be little. Anyway it is very comfortable, I recommend it 100% for large groups or families.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We travel with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us to check in and check out flexible, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With direct descent to the lake inside the same condominium, a wonder. We would undoubtedly repeat!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

Incredible location, quiet place overlooking Osorno volcano, with hot tinaja which is spectacular at night. Everything is very clean and especially Carolina and her husband are very attentive to resolve issues that may arise. Totally recommended!
