An extremely comfortable property, beautifully furnished with everything you need. The outdoor seating space is a lovely touch. And ideally placed to explore the area.

Me and my Girlfriend decided to stay here last minute and it surpassed all expectations. The peace and quiet was so welcomed and we loved the wood burner during the evenings. We were delighted with the modern design inside but also having the novelty of staying in a treehouse! Thank you for a lovely stay and clear directions for our arrival. We look forward to staying again in the future

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. Jessica’s place is amazing. Highly recommend! The views are amazing, and it’s the perfect location for Snowden and town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with mates.

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with stunning views of the coast and Anglesey. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Large well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and luxurious bath! The hot tub was an added bonus which the whole family enjoyed. Fantastic communication and recommendations from James. We wholeheartedly recommend and very much look forward to going back!

Lovely house in a beautiful peaceful location. Everything you need to self cater with a lovely new kitchen. This is a return visit for us. Rachel has provided a great pack with recommendations. Aberdunant Hall is a short walk and has food and a bar. Tremadog has a lovely restaurant Y Sgwar well worth a visit. A great spot to explore Eryri national park, Llyn peninsula and Ynys Mon. Our stay at the Siana cottage was very enjoyable. It was warm, quiet, and very clean. I emphasize this because we stayed during a rather cold and wet season, yet the cottage was comfortable. It's very well soundproofed despite being close to a roaring river and a main road. The large table was perfect for meals and family board games. A big plus is having two toilets. We never had any issues with parking along the road. The cottage contains many brochures, maps, books, and games. Communication with the host was instant. The location of the cottage is perfect. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a lovely stay in Anglesey in this gorgeous annexe. A cute little hub and place to unwind in the evenings after explorations. We brought our two huskies as this is our last trip before baby arrives, and found the place perfect. Jan accommodated our dogs and made sure we had everything we needed as well as some great recommendations. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely ground floor apartment in a peaceful location a short walk from Dolgellau town centre where there’s a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Dyfan was a great host, made us very welcome and called round to check everything was okay for us. The apartment was spotless and we made good use of the well-equipped kitchen for cooking locally bought produce. We explored the local walks but only scratched the surface of what’s on offer. Would highly recommend as a base for visiting this lovely part of Wales.

Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

Jonathan and Gwen were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond to any enquiries. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The instructions to find and access the property were very clear and straightforward. The location was ideal for a couple of days’ hiking, situated right opposite a beautiful river with lovely walks nearby. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The cinema room was an absolute the perfect touch, and we made great use of it. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

First class accommodation in a lovely tranquil village with the local pub offering a warm and friendly welcome with excellent food. An excellent stay in a beautiful private property, the hosts were lovely the property came with everything as described and a lovely secure area for our dogs to roam around the house. The beach was amazing and a pleasant walk at a reasonably close distance. For anybody wishing to stay here me and my wife would highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful area.

Finding a wonderful home away from the hustle and bustle of life was the aim of our weekend away and Hafod Cae Maen was perfect! The accommodation slept 8 adults with ease (and luxury) and gave plenty of space for dinner around the table, games in the garden, and relaxing in the evening. The central heating kept the house lovely and warm and the log fires were a great background when it was time to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Plenty of fridge space and a well equipped kitchen meant that cooking as a group was a pleasure. Many thanks to Paul and Claire for their helpful communications regarding attractions in the area and thoughtful welcome hamper, a really lovely touch.

Great location and just a short walk from the beach which offered some amazing sunsets. Nearest shop was only a short drive away and the house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would recommend taking some fly spray if you plan to leave the windows open.

We stayed as a group of adults and 3 children (6, 3 & 1). The children loved the play area and garden, and we made full use of the local beaches nearby. It was handy to have use of the washing machine/tumble dryer after the kids being to the beach. Halina was very responsive and able to answer any questions I had in advance.

Great place to stay with beautiful views. Struggled getting the hot tub up to temperature that was the only issue encountered (very windy conditions)
