This is a particularly good place in the mountains, and the sea is only 150 meters away from the apartment. Amazing sea and mountain views! If you want to relax, relax or spend your time actively relaxing, then this is the place for you! My place is close to downtown, parks, great views, restaurants and cafes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Welcome to the paradise of Llansa! You will be greeted with joy and love! The apartment has old furniture and plumbing. No renovation, but very clean and cozy.

Located 50 m. from Camino de Ronda (GR-92), with access to different coves. 100 m away. Platja del Port. Free parking inside the premises. WIFI A quiet area. In the area there are places for leisure and various shops. Nautical activities, horseback riding and hiking. Also note that the train arrives and we have Health Center. OUTLET LA JONQUERA 38 Km Airports: GIRONA 70 km away., BARCELONA 160 km away., PERPIGNAN 55 km. I encourage you to visit Llançà year-round. bed 1.50 m. sofa bed 1.30 m.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

The view is splendid, the sunrise all the more so, even better than the pictures of the listing. The neighborhood is quiet at least in May with few tourists, same for the city center! The closest beach is a 5min walk, with beautiful coves nearby and very uncrowded outside July/August. Reserved parking space in front of the apartment, simple check-in, the apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable. Everything is functional! The neighbors below are adorable. Really no negative to say.

José Mariá's apartment is well maintained, spacious and functional. The view is exceptional, it's a fabulous show every day. We spent most of our time on the huge terrace which offers a unique view of the sea and the coast. Llançà is a family-friendly and peaceful town. It retains a very strong identity through its streets, beaches, shops and inhabitants. The weather was excellent during our stay. Lots of sunshine, easy to bear thanks to the ubiquitous sea air. José Mariá is friendly and available. For us the stay was perfect. Thank so much!

The hosts Alberto and Miriam were incredibly helpful with the recommendations and help! The place is a short walk from the beautiful coast, but is a peaceful location, with the occasional train passing by but it’s quiet. Thanks for having us!

The cabin is beautifully located at the seafront with a huge terrace equipped with sun chairs, a table and lots of space to relax. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, washing and working. It’s the perfect place to wind down, swim in the ocean or go hiking. Only downside is the hiking trail right in front with some prying eyes by passing people ;) the bed and couch were a bit worn, but this is probably a question of taste. We highly recommend the place!

What a beautiful place at sea! We enjoyed every minute of it! The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need! The ocean view is simply gorgeous! Communication with the host was good and quick. The apartment is also within walking distance of a the cute Canyelles bay with its beach and its nice restaurants (10 minutes walk along the nice ocean path). We have quite a big car, and the way to the parking is narrow, but when carefully driven you can manage. I would definitely recommend this nice apartment at sea!
