Sasa’s apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location for exploring Ljubljana in the pedestrian area. We had an excellent stay with plenty of room for our group of 7. Sasa was a fantastic host - she met us and helped us with our luggage and arranging parking on our first evening, provided breakfast foods for the first morning and saw us off on our final morning. Her restaurant recommendations were also helpful. Thank you again Sasa!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the city center and right next to a beautiful park. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. Parking was very convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The air was fresh, the water incredibly clean, and we woke up to birds singing outside the window — such a delight! The host was kind and responsive, offering great recommendations on local attractions and always ready to help. Highly recommended! 💗

Hi there! We stayed for 3 nights only in May 2025, but could stay for much longer:) Quiet place and surroundings, easily reachable with public transport or taxi from downtown. Host Tomaz is great. More than just a host. Truly! Helped me big time and guided us during our whole stay. Will definitely recommend to anyone who want to enjoy Ljubljana and sleep well :) Cheers!

The stay was very short only a few hours 13 to be exact(8 we slept☺️) . I really appreciated that although it was late (22 o'clock) he came to get me back because the GPS couldn't help me anymore. Very kind and showed a lot of availability. Extremely well equipped, clean and modern place. I recommend to everyone to use Licko's services

For our Fam (w. adu child) the location was ideal (bus/train travellers). Also ok walking distance to river-side. Barbara was super friendly and flexible with our check-in. Since the previous customers already checked-out we were able to leave our luggages to the flat already bef. check-in. Nice to meet host live in this automated world ❤️

We had a lovely stay in Deja's place. The location is great: very central, close to everything, and perfect for enjoying Ljubljana. The place is very nice and comfortable to stay. The parking was a real plus with the car!

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.

We had a great stay in Ljubljana! The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a perfect location right by the river and close to city bikes. The hosts were responsive and made parking super easy. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning spacious property tucked at the end of a small secluded road with great views over the countryside, even better in real life than the photos. The property was very clean and well equipped. A short 5 minute drive into nearest town for supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

We wanted a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana, yet close enough to it. We felt at home at Marjeta's place and recommend it 100%.

Well designed house with tasteful interior. We can’t think of anything that we missed and the house was spotless. Mojca was very friendly and thoughtful. The house is located on a very rural and quiet location, but still it’s really easy to get to Ljubljana by car. Beautiful walks close by too. We could have easily stayed longer here.

This was an absolutely WONDERFUL stay at Suzana's place! She is a terrific host and communicates very well. The place was clean, steps from the center of Ljubljana, with plenty to see, do and eat! The bus/train station is less than 10 minutes from her place. If you're visiting Ljubljana, just BOOK her place! Honestly, it gets no easier than this! Suzana: Very kind host and thoroughly communicated with me prior to arrival! Location: Spot on! Room: Very comfortable! Even has washer/dryer in the facility!

Tanja&Bor’s apartment was perfect for our family of five to stay in Ljubljana. The location is very close to all the sights and to tons of restaurants and bars. We had an excellent meal with great service at Breg restaurant just below the apartment. My husband and I loved sitting on the terrace, people watching and looking at the castle and beautiful old town architecture. The apartment was very clean with spotless kitchen and baths. The ceiling in the living room/bedroom is amazing! Really beautiful and detailed. Do be aware that the three sleeping areas are attached and it is necessary for those in the middle bedroom to walk through one of the two other areas to get to the bathroom. Other than this, these rooms all have doors and are private otherwise. We had a fabulous stay would highly recommend staying here.

Very cosy tiny house Great to try it out here: within 3 minutes you’re in Lubljana city Iztok is the proud ‘built-it-myself’ owner who is super communicative and full of great tips. Highly recommended

The closed off alleyway entry grew an intrigue to our arrival. Comfortable setting with great amenities including washing/drying machine. Good water pressure for shower however no holder to wash hair. Clean accomodation and linen. Only a short walk to all popular sites. Felt very safe in this neighbourhood.

Excellent apartment in the most beautiful city in the world! We loved Ljubljana and this location is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient to stop back a few times daily. Tara is a great host and the place is clean, bright and modern. Highly recommend!

Great host and peaceful location with mountains views. Good location for anyone who is into nature or cycling. 15min drive from Ljubljana downtown

Really great studio apartment, cozy with absolutely everything you need and a nice balcony that gets sun from noon until 18:00. The (free) bikes are an excellent bonus, we used them two days running to go into and around Ljubljana, even though we had a rental car. Lots of cycle paths make it safe and easy to travel around by bike. Ivy is an excellent host, although we didn’t meet her, she was friendly and very communicative with lots of good advice. Her recommendation of the restaurant Julija was spot on, it was really good (but gets busy so go early or reserve a table). Overall, Ivy’s place is perfect for a couple and we would 100% stay here again

Jan is such a responsive and generous host. this amazing apartment had every possible amenity and then some. he has thought of everything and even provided fridge drinks and outlet plug adapters for out of country guests. this location might be one of the best we have had in all of or travels. beautifully updated apartment as well.

We very much enjoyed staying at Niko’s apartment. It is compact but has most of the features you would need for an extended stay in Ljubljana. It is especially good place to stay if you have a car and want to drive to other nearby sights. The location is very good, on the southwest edge of the old town. Niko’s response time was very quick and he was very helpful with our many questions. If we go back to Ljubljana we would stay here again.
