House holiday rentals in Ljubljana

Beautiful house in beautiful, quiet surroundings with its own stream in the garden. The drive is a bit adventurous over a serpentine road, but easily accessible. We felt very comfortable.

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

The space is functional and clean. The pool is very good. Ivan is very nice. We had a pleasant stay. The railway line with the regular train crossing was not a problem for us. The accommodation is 6 minutes from the Skocjan caves, a wonder to discover.

The experience was above the expectations! Surrounding of the house is beautiful, the host is very nice and always ready to help! House is very well equipped, food from the barbecue taste delicious and water in the jacuzzi is very warm ☺️ I really recommend FS**** to everyone!

Perfect spot high in the mountain (20 min small but nice road where we met no one). Very quiet (in may), just how we like it. Fresh eggs from the garm, a very warm welcome and plenty of space. We loved the wellness and peace. We did two hiking days, the Tolmin Canyon and the soca river, all nothing but spectacular. Make sure you bring your groceries and friends!

We enjoyed our stay very much! One note, the swimming pool of the nearby hotel (which you will access) was a bit dated and poorly maintained. However, there is a 15-minute drive away in Velenje is a beautiful lake where you can swim and there is plenty to do. The house itself is well maintained and clean, you also really get a homely feeling. The contact with Ursa is also very pleasant and she responds very quickly! We'd love to come back!

We expected to be in a remote area, however the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The place itself was very cozy and private enough with windows looking out on to the forested hill. The patio outside was excellent as well, as it faced toward the hills and forest. Very nicely located for people who love walking and hiking. Dusan, as host, was absolutely fantastic. Very open, proactive and helpful. Very flexible and always opened his arms to guide us. Overall just a great combination between the price, host, place and location. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Edvard's went well. The house is located in a place filled with greenery and is very peaceful and pleasant. The house was clean. Small downside for the 2 beds that could apparently be brought closer together and to which we did not have access. The host is very responsive by message. Thank you for letting us discover Slovenia!

The apartment is very tasteful and originally furnished, really something different! It is spacious and cozy with lots of light and is in a quiet area with bar (also breakfast) and bakery around the corner and very close to the old town where of course you have everything. Very likeable that there was coffee (capsules) provided 🤗

Jakob was a very friendly and attentive host. The apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. The private parking and entrance via elevator worked great. The location is very quiet and great for accessibility to Ljubljana. I would definitely recommend staying!

I can definitely recommend BLEF. The apartment was the perfect base for visiting Ljubljana and its surroundings with my parents. It is not in the center, but it was easy to walk, even for my parents (80+). And you are on the highway towards, for example, Bled. The apartment was very nice and clean. Despite being above a cafe, it is quiet and peaceful. And the beds were fine. My mother is recovering from a back injury, but slept wonderfully. Nice bonus: one of the best restaurants in Ljubljana, Restavracija CUBO, is just a 5-minute walk away.

We had a great stay in Ales' house. Raktina is a beautiful place in the mountain and the house is great, even with little kids. Ales is very helpful.

Beautiful house surrounded by greenery in a very quiet residential area. About a 20/25 minute walk to the city center, by a very pleasant path (botanical garden and along the river). House less bright than advertised. Pippa the cat can come to sleep on you, you will tolerate or be less friendly. The house is his estate.

The place is situated really nicely, not far from Ljubljana and up above a hill that faces the Ljubljana Moors. Maja and her mother were amazing, they helped us with everything and made us feel welcome. Bathroom and room were really nice and the cleanliness impeccable! We hope to be able to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The host was extremely communicative and friendly! The house was very clean and comfortable. All of our guests said repeatedly how much they enjoyed the home. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Ljubljana with a group of 5. It was an easy walk to the city center, a grocery store was close by, as were coffee shops. Overall very pleased! Thank you!

Thanks to this accommodation, we discovered the amazing intermittent lake of Cerknica. We enjoyed it so much that we extended it by 2 more nights. A peaceful corner from which we were able to discover the caves of the region, the Adriatic coast and the capital Ljubljana. We'd love to go back.
