Hope you will enjoy stay at our home. We recently purchase it and started renovation in phases. We put the accent to the comfort of guests, so we focused effort on interior and terraces. That way guests can fully enjoy the stunning view to the bay and open sea, as well as magic sunsets. In the next phase we will be able to take care of exteriors. The fact that the property is not fully renovated we tried to reflect in the prices. Our house is environmental friendly. Come and enjoy Montenegro.

The bathroom contains a shower, a hairdryer,wash machine.The kitchens are small but equipped with everything you need for cooking : microwave, refrigerator with frieze, plates, dishes ..The kitchen has a dining table and chairs. In Apartment 1 there is a folding bed which can serve as an extra bed. Both apartments have flat tv, free wifi.

This property / villa is highly recommended if you want to stay in the Kotor area. The villa is brand new, very clean and has a big pool. The area is also very quiet and is very suitable for people who need peace and privacy, only 5 minutes drive to the old town of Kotor. Bojan as a host is very friendly and helps us with anything we need. The communication is very good he responds very quickly to our message and questions. For us, Kotor remains the best place in Montenegro. We would love to come back...

Staying at this place for 4 nights was like a daydream for us and our active dog. He was so delighted by such a big space where he could run and play. We were stunned by the opportunity to enjoy the view of the mountains, the bay and the starry sky, which was incredible during the Perseid meteor shower. If you want to have a rest away from the noise and crowds of tourists on the coast then this place has everything you need - small but fully-equipped house with kitchen, shower and a lot of small cozy details. Special thanks for the lights and the wireless speaker - we could listen to music all the time anywhere in the garden, which helped create the right atmosphere. The location is also excellent - just a 10-minute drive there are large stores. The wild beach is within an hour's walk. Equipped beaches with umbrellas and sun chairs are located in the charming village of Luštica, a 20-minute drive away. Marijana was very responsible and answered any of our questions very quickly.

This was one of our most beautiful experiences! The accommodation is extremely nice, clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. A relaxing and quiet place, located near Tivat, Kotor and Budva. The pool and deck chairs are a great place to enjoy and relax. We especially want to praise the wonderful hosts who were hospitable and kind and always ready to help. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return next year.

We felt clean from the first time we entered the apartment, it is within walking distance to the sea and restaurants, 2 air conditioners were sufficient for cooling, there are facilities such as laundry, dishwasher for cooking and cleaning clothes. There are different beach and restaurant facilities in the vicinity, which can be visited as a tourist in 10-15 minutes by car. We had no problems with the check-in and check-out times, Iva helped us, we definitely plan to stay again
