This is a Downtown Estate with Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Gaming Table, Library, Piano and Sleeps 17 people in beds. Every room has a Smart TV and we have a Smart TV on the side porch. We are 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to SLU. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge. Cozy 2 BR cottage on serene Bayou Manchac. This waterfront cabin has a large gazebo with picnic table. Boardwalk provides easy access to dock and fishing. Enjoy breathtaking views from the screened porch while you work or play. Lots of extras: WiFi, smart TV, hammock, swing, charcoal grill and fire pit. Plenty of local restaurants, grocery, etc. LSU's Tiger stadium only 34 minutes away! New Orleans 1 hour away. Raised entrance accessible only by stairs. Names of adult guests required.

The Barn

Minutes from the interstate, The Barn is tucked away from life's hectic pace and is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. This new addition combines modern amenities and rustic charm. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Feel free to roam around where we raise rabbits, ducks, and chickens. We often see deer wandering behind the pond. Relax in the cozy indoors, soak up fresh air on the porch, or build a fire in the firepit. Come, be our guest!

Plantation Type home with land and pond 5BR 5 Bath

Great house for making family memories. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch overlooking the picturesque pond or unwind on the back porch with fire pit and big Weber grill which is ready to go. With over two acres to roam and a basketball goal for family fun, this property has plenty of room. Parking is never a problem. This home boasts a large kitchen with massive island which includes seating for guests, gas top stove and double ovens. Bring family and friends and stay for a while.

Enjoy a vintage stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Can sleep four with two per bed but better with just two. 2 miles from I10 exit 173, 2 miles from Airline Hwy (US 61) Just 60 miles from downtown New Orleans, 15 minutes from Baton Rouge. 8 miles from Lamar Dixon Expo center. Close to fine dining or fast food. The Rustic cottage is in the back of our property and the main house, which is also an airbnb. It has a privacy fence, but is not completely fenced.

The Yellow Cottage on the River (w/ Dock Access!)

Our quaint yellow cottage sits on a quiet street where you have plenty of space to hear the cicadas and breathe in the Louisiana air. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!

It is located close to the town of Livingston where you will find groceries, hardware, restaurants, fuel, etc. Outdoor gazebo and fire pit in common area. It is centrally located between Hammond and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An easy drive to everywhere you want to be! Plus, it’s fully loaded with everything you will need.
