Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Livingston

My time at the Farmhouse was made a superior experience by Dee, the host. Her engaging and honest style made me feel especially comfortable staying there. She was also helpful with my several requests, but never intrusive. The smallish house was comfortable and provided ample space for me. All the essentials are provided. Deep pink blossoms on the trees outside the kitchen window were a beautiful touch. It is worth noting for those who are light sleepers, that almost all housing in Livingston, and in Bozeman for that matter, is not far from the RR line and the frequent horn sounds, but nothing that good earplugs cannot solve. I am very glad I chose to stay at the Farmhouse.

This place is phenomenal! From the beautiful views, to the wonderful house, to the high quality furnishings and appliances, to being excellently equipped, this vacation home was a PERFECT place to stay while exploring the northern half of Yellowstone. While we did not have any issues to discuss with Kameko, any questions we had were responded to quickly. If we return to this area, there is a very good chance we would return.

Paradise Vista is truly paradise. Beautiful views can be seen from every single window of the house with two comfortable patios to enjoy those views from the outside. The house is immaculately clean and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need making it feel just like home. Diane and Paul made everything really easy and everything is very organized.

What a gem of an Airbnb! I only wish we were staying in Bozeman for more than one night. Elin and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The space was gorgeous! Bed was comfy. Bathroom was so spacious and modern. A lovely spread of snacks, tea, coffee fixings. Our favorite part was the quiet side porch where we sat to read and watch the birds at the feeder and bird bath. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Cory has created such a comfy and cool space. We fell in love with the neighborhood, the fun architecture, which includes many very fun reading nooks, and of course the worldly art! It was the kind of place you visit and don’t want to leave. Cory’s caretaker Sarah is perhaps the most friendly human, who so warmly welcomed us, was engaging, and also gave us plenty of privacy. Oh and Cory has written the BEST welcome guide I’ve ever seen! We just love this home and cannot wait to visit again!

Mija’s instructions arrived in advance of our arrival and were very clear. The house was in good order so we did not need to contact her during our stay. Our daughter and her family live nearby so we had no need to cook, but there were kitchen supplies in the cupboards. The house is convenient to downtown and grocery stores. We were very comfortable there and hope to stay again when we visit our daughter.

I’ve stayed in this house twice and it is lovely and quiet and clean and has everything to make you feel like home. I appreciate it.

Property was perfect size , location, price and I have to say the furniture in the living room was sooo very comfortable. Host was concerned about the train noise being an issue, however I had zero issues!

The view from the kitchen table is breathtaking! Cozy space, well decorated, comfy beds, full kitchen, great shower, private backyard sitting area, easy to find. Would 10/10 recommend staying here! Did I mention the view?

Perfect place for two of us to stay during our fishing trip. It was centrally located to many outdoor activities, as well as nearby conveniences in town. Everything was as advertised, and Nate was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed many nice places in the area but this place goes to the top of the list! Wonderful, peaceful location just blocks from Main Street restaurants and shops. Everything we could need and more provided.

Jennifer is always responsive and helpful whenever needed. She attends to needs and is sensitive to things that are important to me. I've stayed here multiple times and I will stay here again.

We were extremely comfortable in the Cozy Wolf Lodge, the location was perfect as it was very close to the park as well as general stores and restaurants! Caitlyn was accommodating with the last minute additional guest request. The space is awesome too, the bathrooms are big and comfortable as well as the rooms! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Yellowstone National Park !

We enjoyed our stay at David’s place! It is much larger than it looks in the photos and is new, clean, and a wonderful private space. It’s just a short drive to downtown Bozeman. Don’t trust your GPS, enter on Upper Rainbow and it’s much easier to find.

Our stay here was great! The place was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need for a short or long term visit! It’s a quick and easy drive to downtown Bozeman, we had Jam for brunch which was one of the recommendations in the guest handbook and it was amazing!

Highly recommend staying here!! I loved the location! The bed was really comfortable and big. It was quiet, even though it was close to restaurants and a bar. The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable, and incredibly clean. The host communicated well and even reached out to personalize the experience I recommend staying here for sure!!!

This loft was unbelievably beautiful, comfortable, spacious, modern, and included everything and anything you could potentially need. The host was completely proactive and communicative and we had privacy, a close location for walking everywhere, easy parking, provided a bottle of wine, and beautiful outdoor spaces. The steam shower was beautiful and so luxurious. I highly recommend and hope to return.

This was our nth time -yes we are on three hands now, staying at Amy's! Sure wish other hosts would take a lesson about how welcome guest are made to feel with such lovely and generously appointed spaces. Amy sets the bar as a host, so high, providing everything a person may want or need-loads of coffee, cups, utensils, snacks...and on and on. Way to go Amy! We WILL be back!

Ambrose and Jill provided a great space for us on our trip to Bozeman. They seem to care a great deal about the property and put a lot of thought and care. The yummy snacks went a long way on rushed mornings and the condo is clean, modern and spotless. We were a little late checking out and they were very nice about it despite having guests checking in that day. Thank you!

This was a beautiful condo, easily walkable to downtown while still within a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were lovely, just as pictured & described, and Jacqui checked in to see if we needed anything. The keyless app entry was new to us and easy to operate. Having an assigned parking spot made it very easy to come & go as we pleased. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!
