Villa holiday rentals in Livadia

This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s from our month-long trip in Greece. We loved thetown, Desfina, which has a beautiful mountain ambience and is very convenient to Delphi, without being touristy. The house is truly incredible, with many historic artifacts providing artistic decoration. We loved the large dining table and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the view of the courtyard. Highly recommended.

This vacation was a piece of paradise on earth. Teti and her family welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt comfortable. The place was perfect all around: the beach was a few meters away and the city is 5 minutes by car. With the help of Teti's tips, we had a wonderful holiday and were able to immerse ourselves in Greek life. This was definitely not our last time and it was one of the most beautiful stays I've had so far thanks to Teti. I am absolutely happy and highly recommend this place!

Everything was what we needed for a two night stay to check out Delphi. Beach isn’t the nicest but the host recommended two great beaches nearby to go. Overall a great rental!

Simply amazing. We were looking for a peaceful place within walking distance of the sea, with a great view and a comfortable house, and so it was. The area is not crowded, with beautiful small beaches and crystal clear water. The house has a shadowed terrace, a full kitchen, several bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a nice living room. Everything is clear and above expectations. The most important thing to notice is that the house feels like a home. This is because it is, and this is, in turn, because of responsive, helpful, proactive, and friendly hosts. Possible downsides include a weak cellular data connection and high stairs to the house. So, if you plan to use the internet heavily or don't like to have a leg day every day, then it could bother you. As for my family and me, this stay was one of our best on Airbnb.

The house is very well equipped ( kitchen, eating, beach). The outdoor kitchen with the grill and the beatyfull terrace with sea view were extraordinary. It was very quite and the quite big garden gave you a place to relax. Excellent place for families. The beach was in short distance (5 minutes by car) as well as the village (10 minutes by car) with various restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would return any time.

Nice secluded house with nice and well-functioning pool. Fine terraces with lovely views of the bay. The area was largely without foreign tourists when we were there. We made big purchases on the way from the airport (in Theben), which was good, as there are only a few shopping opportunities in Aliki. (There is plenty of refrigerator space). Giorgos was a good host. Giorgos had, among other things, provided cold drinks on arrival. He came all the way from Athens to help when the water supply went.

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

Our stay in Arachova was absolutely gorgeous. The house was well located between town and the ski resort, every room was clean and comfortable, the house was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the view from the house was spectacular! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Our stay at Theologos was amazing. The views do not disappoint and the villa is stunning. Modern, clean and comfortable. The hosts were flexible and helpful, allowing us the best stay possible. Sunrise and sunset through the windows are amazing.

The house was spotless clean and equipped with everything. Hosts are friendly and informative! I highly recommend it.

The place is simply beautiful. breathtaking. The house has everything needed and then sum (like JBL that we could use while in the pool). Nice games for children and adults. Cozy throws in the living room. And the AC worked superbly, which was a concern during these extremely hot days. If we come to the area again, I will definitely try to book this house again. We came to Theologos to grasp some fresh air and find some tranquility, far from the busy touristic site Greece has to offer. We got it right! Theologos: Beautiful piece of land, mainly meant for Greek tourism. Hilly, secluded, very private. The beaches are fun - not sandy but rather wild and exotic! Theologos has a great "town center" with a supermarket, bakery, plenty of resultants and a common beach area with shallow waters, perfectly suitable for kids! The house: Is located in a beautiful part of Theologos, on the mountain, with beautiful views from both balconies of this huge, 3 story house. There is enough room for everyone! Kitchen has a lot of pots and pans, dishes and cups. It really is like being a guest in a house where people recently lived in. Many items (careful not to break..) makes the place very special and unique! All rooms have A/C (not centralized but good enough to cool), the main living room has an A/C which is a little week, but a fan complements the work. The view is spectacular the air is crisp and soothing. During our stay the owners stayed in a unit downstairs and were available to answer any of our questions. Great place if you need some space and distance from mainstream tourism!

Chris and Martyna’s home was a perfect home base for us as we travelled around Greece for two weeks. Martyna was always responsive and provided lots of details throughout the check-in process, as well as local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and the best spots to go for day trips. The local contact, Dorota, was also great whenever we had questions. The home itself was spotless with a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful welcome basket. The yard and pool was such a peaceful oasis and we were able to enjoy fresh grapes from the garden every morning. Chris and Martyna really thought of everything and we would highly recommend The Doctor’s Villa to anyone looking to visit Greece. We hope to return someday! Thanks Chris and Martyna!

It's a great place to stay, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is even nicer than the photos: the pool is clean and perfect for cooling off after a day's activities. The patio and BBQ area were lovely and perfect for having your breakfast and dinner al fresco. it's very peaceful and the view is stunning. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you need. The host Irini was very helpful, accommodating, and very prompt with communication. we'd love to come back!

A fantastic vacation home surrounded by a charming garden, great pool with many places to linger. Terrace in the shade and with sea view as an option complete the outdoor offer. House is clean, fly screens everywhere, beds new and very comfortable, Greek furnishings, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped, but of course this is always a personal feeling. All around, highly recommended for those looking for a pool with tranquility and sea access in one!

Excellent house with play room , swimming pool , tennis and basketball field, plus every accessory you need in order to enjoy these spaces. The house is 5 minutes away via car from kamena vourla. 5/5 no question for that!

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Fantastic house with a great yard and cozy spaces. We were 8 people, and we enjoyed it full time. The pool and bbq were the great ones, the house was spotless and equipped with all the basic tools/materials/items (eg shampoo, oil, kitchenware, towels). The location is 200 meters from the sea, in a quiet village with 3-4 neighboring houses. Host and Mrs. Athina very helpful and friendly. The house is just like in the photos . We'll be back for sure.

Amazing house and location Exceptional views from the terrace. When we went, it was half a meter of snow. We had a lot of trouble parking, but it wasn't the host's fault. It would be nice to have shovels for the snow somewhere in the house. Luckily we had our own or we wouldn't be able to park anywhere.
